    We’re looking for a results-obsessed operator to own new supplement launches on Amazon. This is a hands-on role where your success is measured by one thing: how many products you launch and how much revenue and profit they generate. You thrive on speed, execution, and growth. A strong bonus is directly tied to sales performance.

    ✳️ Launch new supplement products on Amazon fast, from idea to live listing


    ✳️ Take full ownership of sales and profit targets for every launch

    As a Senior Database Administrator is responsible for the design, implementation, maintenance, and optimization of the organization ' s database systems. This role involves ensuring data availability, integrity, and security, as well as supporting the development and implementation of database policies and procedures. The Senior DBA works closely with IT, development teams, and other stakeholders to ensure the efficient and reliable operation of the organization ' s databases.

    - Experience: 7+ years of hands-on experience as a Database Administrator in a 24/7 production environment. 
    - Multi-Platform Expertise: Deep, demonstrable expertise in administering SQL Server, MySQL, and MongoDB. 
    - Performance Guru: Proven track record of advanced performance tuning and optimization across all three platforms. 
    - HA/DR Mastery: In-depth knowledge of high-availability and disaster recovery solutions for each database system.

    - High Availability & Disaster Recovery: Develop, implement, and regularly test comprehensive backup, recovery, and high-availability strategies (e.g., Clustering, Replication, AlwaysOn) to ensure business continuity. 
    - Security & Compliance: Establish and enforce security policies and procedures to protect company data.
