RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, build, and maintain reliable data pipelines to ingest and process data from external systems
• Implement integrations using Scala, ensuring scalability and resilience
• Handle both full data loads and incremental updates efficiently
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to align on integration and data needs
• Develop and maintain a unified internal data model

In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to build reliable, scalable, and business-oriented CRM solutions that improve operational efficiency and automate key workflows.

You will have an opportunity to influence the evolution of the company’s CRM ecosystem and independently drive technical improvements across business-critical processes.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales, Customer Support, Marketing) that address specific business needs
• Maintain, optimize, and continuously improve the functionality and performance of the current CRM setup
