In this role, you’ll be the bridge between international clients and our creative team, driving processes that turn complex ideas into real value.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate communication between the team and stakeholders, organize communication with customers and collaborate closely with the design and development teams.
• Lead regular client calls and written updates.
• Manage project scope and planning, translating the product owner’s vision into actionable tasks for the team.
• Oversee the scope, team activities, set priorities, and ensure deadlines are met without compromising quality.

• Prepare reports and maintain project documentation.

   

Requirements

• 6+ months of experience in project coordination or a Junior PM role.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, you know how to manage resources, tasks, schedules and set priorities effectively.
• Solid understanding of PM processes and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Upper-Intermediate English (B2) for fluent communication with clients.
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum frameworks (sprint planning, sprint review, dailies, sprint retrospective, backlog grooming).
• Writing Documentations (WBS, SRS, Mind maps).
• Basic understanding of ERP/CRM systems and people management (feedback and performance).

• Knowledge in process management, including identifying inefficiencies, streamlining workflows, and implementing best practices to ensure project success and efficiency.
