    Requirements:

    - 1+ year of proven experience with In-app in the Betting and related fields;
    - A high-level understanding of how the major advertising in-app platforms (Unity, Moloco, ironSource, WakeApp, AppLovin, etc.);

    - Ability to manage large advertising budgets (from $50,000 per month)

    - Availability of successful cases in the CIS/Latam markets

    - Deep understanding of basic metrics (ROI, NGR, GGR, LTV, CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, CPL, etc.);

    - Experience in working with Antidetect Browser and Tracking Systems;

    - Ability to moderate creatives and links on the previously mentioned platforms.

    - Ability to work independently with platforms for collecting and analyzing user activity data on websites and mobile apps (AppsFlyer, Adjust, etc.).

    - Ability to collect test results (advertising), draw conclusions and suggestions for further actions;

    - Ability to analyze and optimize your advertising campaigns to achieve specified KPIs.

    - Experience in А/B testing.

    - Having manager contacts on in-app platforms (Unity, Moloco, ironSource, WakeApp, AppLovin, etc.);

    - Experience with Android platforms of Chinese devices (Xiaomi, Oppo, etc.);
