  Що треба буде робити?
• Створювати 1–2 якісні статті на день для блогу.
• Писати тексти про компанію, продукти, новини, клієнтів.
• Виділяти головне з великих інтерв’ю й перетворювати це в яскраву новину (1–2 рази на тиждень).
• Поширювати публікації в соцмережах.
• Шукати історії наших клієнтів і трансформувати їх у цінний контент.
• Надихатися прикладами зі світових фінансових медіа.

Ця роль підійде для людини, яка любить пошук, аналіз профілів і комунікацію з кандидатами, а також хоче розвиватися у рекрутингу.

Основні задачі

• Пошук кандидатів на non-IT позиції (marketing, affiliate, finance, support тощо)
• Використання різних каналів пошуку: LinkedIn, Djinni, job boards, Telegram, Boolean search
• Формування pipeline кандидатів
• Перший контакт з кандидатами (outreach, повідомлення)
• Скринінг профілів та первинна оцінка релевантності
• Взаємодія з рекрутерами та hiring managers
• Ведення кандидатів у ATS / CRM системі

Що для нас важливо

• Досвід у сорсингу або рекрутингу від 6 місяців
• Розуміння non-IT ролей (marketing, sales, affiliate, support)
• Навички пошуку через LinkedIn та Boolean search
• Сильні комунікаційні навички
• Уважність до деталей та структурність
• Бажання розвиватися у рекрутингу

Буде плюсом

• Досвід у iGaming / affiliate / digital marketing
• Досвід роботи з ATS системами
