This role is focused on supporting the recruitment process across the company, with an emphasis on technical hiring. You will take ownership of the early stages of the candidate pipeline, from processing incoming applications and evaluating their relevance to proactively sourcing talent for open positions. Key Responsibilities

• Process and evaluate incoming applications, assessing candidate relevance against specific role requirements and team needs.
• Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, GitHub, job boards, professional communities, and other channels.
• Build and maintain a structured candidate pipeline, ensuring no qualified applicant falls through the cracks.

What you’ll do

• Create viral short-form videos (TikTok / Reels / Shorts)

• Use AI tools:

• Sora (or similar)

• Runway / Pika / Kling

• Build clickbait hooks (first 1–3 seconds = everything)

• Turn ideas into high-converting video flows

• Produce content daily (speed matters more than perfection)

• Test → iterate → scale what works
