About the Role

We're looking for someone who loves both sides of getting great work out the door: the delivery and the operations that make delivery run smoothly. If you've spent time at a digital marketing agency as a Project Manager or Account Manager, this role will feel like home. It's built around exactly that kind of experience.

As our Digital Project Manager (Delivery), you'll own our healthcare marketing campaigns from start to finish, looking after clients, bringing cross-functional teams together, and making sure everything lands the way it should. Alongside that, you'll be the person who keeps the engine running behind the scenes: tidy task pipelines, clear documentation, and processes that keep getting better.

It's a role for someone who enjoys owning both the strategy and the machinery that brings it to life. If that's you, we'd love to talk.

What You'll Be Doing

• Be the friendly, reliable link between our Delivery team and Account Managers, keeping everyone in the loop with clear, timely updates
• Capture project requirements in detail and turn them into tasks the Media Buying and Reporting teams can execute
• Build genuine, trusting relationships with client stakeholders and stay ahead of their expectations
• Coordinate tasks across the Media Buying and Reporting teams, making sure deadlines are met without the last-minute scramble
• Own the task pipeline in our tracking tools (ClickUp), keeping statuses, owners, and deadlines accurate so everyone always knows where things stand
• Get new projects set up cleanly and on time, so campaigns can kick off without any friction
• Keep an eye on task queues and flag anything overdue or unassigned early, before it turns into a blocker
• Tailor task templates to each client's contract so teams have everything they need for a smooth launch
• Keep project documentation accurate and up to date
• Look after our internal documentation (SOPs, project cards, and Wiki entries), keeping it current and genuinely useful
• Log internal communications so nothing slips through the cracks between handoffs or gets buried in a busy thread

Who You Are

• You have a natural instinct for organisation and detail. A tidy tracker and a clear SOP genuinely make your day
• You communicate clearly in writing. You document well and raise issues early rather than hoping they'll sort themselves out
• You can juggle multiple priorities without dropping the ball. Fast-paced environments energise you rather than wear you down
• You take ownership and follow through. People know they can count on you without having to chase

What You'll Need

Must have

• 1+ year at a digital marketing agency as a Project Manager or Account Manager. This is the experience that matters most to us
• Advanced English. We have team all over Europe and US - communication is key.
• Confidence with Google Workspace: Drive, Meet, Sheets, Calendar, and more
• Familiarity with project tracking tools (ClickUp)
• Strong attention to detail. You notice when something's off, and you actually do something about it
• Comfort working independently in a fast-paced, remote environment
• Openness to learning new tools, processes, and ways of working

Nice to have

• Some understanding of media buying
• Familiarity with traffic channels like Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit, TikTok, Pinterest, and others
• Basic understanding of Claude, Chatgpt and ability to use AI tools in your day to day activities
• A feel for how a digital marketing agency operates
• Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare marketing
• Ability to convert marketing campaign data into actionable insights for the Client

We are a senior engineering team hiring a backend engineer for a long-term role inside a client's product team. The client is a product company with a large user base. We share its name only with engineers who pass our technical call.

Engineers there shape what gets built, not only how, and work directly with product people.

The product's image and video generation runs on ComfyUI workflows, so hands-on ComfyUI is a must for this role.

What matters most to us
• You have built or run ComfyUI workflows yourself, with models deployed locally and custom nodes in the pipeline
• You have built a product that people use every day, and you can point to the parts you owned
• You think about the person using the product. You question a feature when it does not serve them and suggest a better one
• Experience with consumer products built around image or video is a strong plus

What you will do
• Build and run ComfyUI workflows for image and video generation
• Build and scale the backend services around them in Go
• Run background jobs reliably, with queues, retries and idempotent steps
• Turn new models into features people actually use

You should have
• Hands-on ComfyUI, at least on your own projects
• 3+ years of Go in production and 5+ years of backend work overall.
• Experience owning parts of a production system end to end
• Fluent English for daily work with the client team

The role is full time, 40 hours a week, long term, with a working day that overlaps European business hours. Individual engineers only, no agencies.

How we hire: a call with our CTO about your ComfyUI work, your product work and your code, then a call with the client's team. Both are live, with screen share and without AI assistants.

To apply, open your application with a link to a ComfyUI workflow you built or ran, or one sentence on what it did. Applications without it will not be read.
