     Requirements:  

• Experience in IT or technical support up to 1 year  
• Understanding of basic IT security components and architecture (switches, routers, VPN, authentication, etc.) 
• Knowledge of operating systems: Windows, Linux, MacOS 
• Experience with office software (MS Office, Office 365) 
• Good knowledge of MS products (+ Office 365) 
• Good knowledge of installing various programs demanding to the equipment 
• Basic knowledge of network technologies (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, NAT)
• Experience in repairing equipment: PCs, laptops, printers, etc.) 
• Skills in working with computer equipment and peripherals (PCs, laptops, printers, etc.)  
• Good communication skills and desire to help colleagues in solving technical problems

• Knowledge of virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V)

  Responsibilities: 
• Management of internal office infrastructure and ensuring its uninterrupted operation
• Troubleshooting and troubleshooting (diagnosing and solving problems with ISP, wi-fi, operating systems, drivers, etc.) 
• Monitoring the performance of servers and auxiliary equipment 
• Searching for and eliminating technical problems arising from the company's employees when working with services
• Preparing and commissioning new workstations for employees

Main goal:

The main goal of the Product Manager is to build and develop a creative image editor. The product has to combine unique technologies, an innovative user experience, and a sleek and modern design with pleasing aesthetics.
 

Responsibilities:

• Conduct continuous market research to identify new growth opportunities
• Drive the customer development process, including direct user communication, qualitative and quantitative research
• Assess market size and validate product opportunities
• Act as a strong user advocate, ensuring product decisions reflect user needs and deliver meaningful value
• Develop and execute a data-informed product strategy aligned with the company vision
• Launch and optimize growth mechanics and product monetization
• Testing of hypotheses aimed at improving user retention
• Collaborate closely with R&D, product design, and engineering teams to introduce new product features
• Lead product lifecycle management, segment user base, and generate upsell revenue
• Collaborate with PMM on the go-to-market strategy and its execution
• Participate in building and scaling the technical team, including involvement in hiring
• Stay up to date with industry trends, technologies, and market developments

Requirements:

• Min. 4 years of product management experience in B2B or prosumer environments, ideally with desktop applications, SaaS, or multiplatform products
• Track record of launching a new product from 0 to 1
• Strong ability to pitch and champion product ideas, aligning stakeholders and driving initiatives forward
• High level of ownership across the full product lifecycle
• Experience conducting user interviews and research to inform product decisions
• Strong domain knowledge (AI market and tech) 
• Ability to conduct data analysis 
• Advanced English Level (B2 / C1)

🎯 Role Purpose
Design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure, and reliable infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines to support product development, rapid releases, and high availability of the programmatic job advertising platform and Job site.
 

What You'll Be Doing:

• Design and maintain cloud infrastructure (AWS) for production, staging, and dev environments.
• Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines for backend, frontend, Data and ML workflows.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting to ensure high system reliability (SRE best practices).
• Collaborate with developers, QA, and ML engineers to improve deployment speed and quality.
• Optimize infrastructure for cost efficiency, performance, and scalability.
• Ensure security, compliance, and backup strategies are in place.
• Troubleshoot incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and drive postmortem reviews.
• Familiar with GitOps approach

• Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with CI/CD tools (GitLab CI, or similar).
• Strong knowledge of Linux systems, networking, and security.
• Experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform, or similar).
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK stack).
   

It would be a plus if you have:

• Experience with security best practices (DevSecOps).
• Knowledge of cost optimization strategies for cloud infrastructure.
• Familiarity with Python or Bash scripting for automation
