    Responsibilities:
    - Define and track North Star, product and business KPIs; build funnels, cohorts, retention/churn analyses, and unit economics;

    - Design and evaluate A/B tests, calculate sample sizes and power, analyze results (segmentation, CUPED, stratification), and provide rollout recommendations;

    - Build and maintain clear dashboards for Product, Marketing, and Leadership teams; set up monitoring and alerts for key metrics;

    - Formulate hypotheses, identify drivers of growth/decline, conduct decompositions (e.g., retention/activation), and perform ad-hoc analysis for business priorities;

    - Develop basic models for LTV/ARPU/demand forecasting; evaluate ROI of initiatives and support feature prioritization with impact estimation;

    - Collaborate with data engineers, validate tracking accuracy, contribute to data modeling and documentation, and ensure reliable data pipelines;

    - Partner with PMs, engineers, designers, and marketers; deliver insights through compelling storytelling and influence the product roadmap.

    • Develop custom reports and analytical tools to assess the environment's readiness for Microsoft 365 Copilot deployment 
    • Identify and remediate potential data exposure risks prior to any AI implementation 
    • Create a robust governance framework to ensure the environment is properly configured to prevent data oversharing when M365 Copilot is activated 
    • Evaluate Microsoft licensing options to determine optimal compliance solution packages while maintaining cost efficiency 
    • Advise on licensing requirements for future M365 Copilot implementation and recommend preparatory compliance measures 

     

    Must Have Skills & Experience

     

    • Experience of working as a solution lead in a large and complex organisation
