This is not a content creation position — you’ll be responsible for distributing, optimizing, and strategizing ways to expand reach across multiple platforms.
 

Key Responsibilities
 

• Create and manage accounts, coordinate publications, and distribute content on social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Twitter (X), TikTok, Threads, YouTube Shorts, etc.;
• Monitor analytics, track trends, evaluate stats, and proactively report on content performance across all platforms;
• Strategize and experiment with new methods for expanding reach, developing content distribution «combos» and creative cross-posting opportunities to maximize visibility;
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry developments, social media updates, algorithm changes, and viral trends — especially in the US market.
   

What We’re Looking For
 

• Previous hands-on experience with Instagram, including a solid understanding of its algorithms, culture, and trends within the US market;
• Ideally, experience working with additional platforms such as Twitter (X), TikTok, Threads, and YouTube Shorts;
• Creativity and a willingness to experiment with new distribution tactics.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail;
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced team environment.
