Client Communication

Team Coordination

• Coordinate communication between engineers and clients when necessary
• Maintain visibility into engineer workload and availability
• Help keep the team focused on agreed priorities

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain basic project and client documentation

• Prepare simple delivery and workload reports
• Ensure important client agreements, requests, and changes are documented
   

What This Role Is — and Is Not

This is a coordination-focused role, not a technical management position.

You are not expected to make DevOps architecture decisions or independently define technical solutions. Technical decisions will be made by our engineers and technical leadership.

You are expected to ensure that everyone knows what needs to be done, who is responsible, what is blocked, what is late, and what requires escalation.

Success in this role means that tasks do not get lost, clients know what is happening, engineers know their priorities, and potential delivery problems are identified early.
