Vision of the role:
This is a highly autonomous position. We’re looking for someone who feels confident working with games and truly understands how they function under the hood — the mechanics, math models, player behavior, and what makes a title perform. You’ll collaborate closely with department leads and take full ownership of our entire game portfolio, from content selection to performance analysis. We need someone with a practical, hands-on understanding of how games work, evolve, and generate revenue.

Responsibilities:
- Analyze slot market trends, player behavior, and competitor games.
- Select and evaluate game concepts for portfolio integration or internal development.
- Define product requirements (mechanics, bonuses, visuals, UX) and oversee lifecycle.
- Build strategy to maximize game performance across GEOs.
- Collaborate with marketing and cross-functional teams to drive engagement and ROI.
- Track KPIs (engagement, retention, conversion, GGR) and generate reports for management.

Requirements:
- Experience in iGaming (Product, Game, or Marketing Manager roles).

Department/Project Description

The client is a product international company that provides a defence platform that enables development and security teams to protect critical workloads against emerging threats and undiscovered vulnerabilities with a lightweight agent that protects the organisation's public, private and hybrid cloud deployments on-premises data centres managed. In addition, it is an advanced endpoint detection and response platform, which gathers as much information as possible to detect and analyse complex threats while being as non-intrusive as possible, minimising the impact on the network and the endpoint.

We are looking for a Content Writer to join our team. This position requires you to be curious about the iGaming field, and be well-versed in marketing and product text writing. HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

• You'll be responsible for the content formation for the various departments (Product Owners, Marketing and Retention Departments, etc.).
• We'll be expecting you to develop original content for emails and websites for the company
• You have to proofread and edit texts that will be used for the product and marketing needs.
• We'll need you to be responsible for the sourcing and cooperation with translators.
• You will be participating in the development and implementation of content strategy.

Requirements:
● 3+ years of experience in building or integrating AI systems, data pipelines, or retrieval-based architectures.
● Strong Python skills and hands-on experience with modern AI frameworks and libraries.
● Experience with data preprocessing, transformation, indexing, and query optimization.
● Practical experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines — building retrievers, generators, and optimizing retrieval quality.
● Experience with SQL/NoSQL and at least one vector database (Pinecone, FAISS, Qdrant, or OpenSearch vector engine).
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, independence, and ability to work in agile environments.
 

Responsibilities:
● Design, build, and maintain AI systems focused on RAG pipelines — retrieval, context construction, and generation.
● Develop and optimize ETL/data pipelines for structured and unstructured data.
● Integrate AI services into production systems using REST APIs
● Contribute to technical documentation, planning, and estimation of AI-related tasks.
● Collaborate with backend and DevOps teams to ensure scalability, reliability, and efficiency of AI solutions.
 

Nice to have:
● Experience with AWS (S3, Lambda, ECS, Bedrock).
● Familiarity with RAG frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex) and retrieval/search techniques (semantic, hybrid, keyword).
