• Досвід у копірайтингу від 2 років;
• Ідеальне володіння українською мовою;
• Грамотність, уважність до деталей та навички фактчекінгу;
• Відчуття tone of voice і здатність адаптувати його під різні формати й аудиторії;
• Вміння інтервʼювати, працювати з сенсами, перетворювати складні думки на зрозумілий і сильний текст.
• Розуміння трендів, комунікаційних інструментів та форматів контенту.

Задачі які тебе чекають:
• Автоматизація роботи продуктів і завдань білінгу: інтеграція з зовнішніми системами, оптимізація існуючих процесів. 
• Участь у розробці концепцій роботи нових продуктів та їх інтеграції з білінговою системою. 
• Адміністрування серверів білінгу: контроль споживаних ресурсів, підтримка ПЗ в актуальному стані, моніторинг помилок, контроль логування, видача і контроль доступів, реалізація вимог безпеки. 
• Супровід системи білінгу, налаштування нового функціоналу, усунення дефектів в рамках зони відповідальності. 
• Участь у реагуванні на позаштатні ситуації в роботі білінгу, їх аналіз, ініціація внесення змін в існуючі процеси. 
• Планування і участь у процесах оновлення білінгу. 
• Робота з технічними документами і схемами для опису архітектури системи. 
• Передача знань і досвіду співробітникам компанії.
 
Наш кандидат має:
Упевнені знання та досвід адміністрування Linux систем.
 

• Розуміння принципів і досвід роботи з REST API.
• Знання та досвід роботи з PHP, Smarty, CSS.
• Знання та досвід роботи з реляційними СУБД для побудови оптимальних запитів.
• Розуміння основних принципів CI/CD.
• Уміння автоматизувати завдання за допомогою скриптів та інструментів автоматизації.
• Розуміння принципів роботи білінгових систем.
• Розуміння принципів роботи з контейнеризацією та платформою Kubernetes.
• Знання англійської мови, достатнє для ведення переписки з постачальниками ПЗ і читання технічної документації.
• Наявність системного мислення та вміння чітко викладати власні думки.
