Required skills:

• 2-3 years of proven experience in business analysis in the software development area;
• Fluent in written and spoken English (strong B2 and higher);
• Experience with both web and mobile development; understanding of platform-specific nuances;
• Strong skills in stakeholder management: expectation setting & relationship building;
• Proven experience in requirements management: 
  - business/product/user/functional/non-functional requirements;
  - elicitation, analysis, documentation, prioritization, traceability;
  - verification, and validation, change management.
• Ability to plan, prioritize, and execute tasks within an Agile environment;

• Deep experience in Confluence and Jira/Trello; good knowledge of Microsoft Excel;

• Experience creating product (e.g., user manuals, guides) and operational documentation (e.g., process descriptions).
