Workload

• 40 hours per week. Remote work. Hourly pay.
   

Responsibilities

• Analyze and organize information for clarity and actionability
• Assist in the coordination of team operations and workflows
• Structure workspace and digital tools to boost team productivity
• Help organize online/offline team events and meetings
• Support daily executive communication, follow-ups, and research
• Handle internal documentation, task systems, and call logistics
• Respond to or initiate calls, when needed
• Support task execution based on scripts or dynamic instructions

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience as executive assistant, administrator, or in customer support
• Experience working in tech or fast-paced remote teams
