Project 1 You will be working with a SAAS project troubleshooting software issues. Your job will be to take emails, calls and possibly chats regarding the issues/questions the customers might have. You will then follow the workflow of troubleshooting and possibly fixing the issues if they are within our scope.
 

Project 2 You will be working as a Customer Support Representative that supports a foot scanner designed to fit shoes for the customers. You will be contacted by the staff of shoe stores in case the scanner needs to be fixed, or some parts are needed to be sent out. You will:

• Communicate with users, work with feedback and complaints via calls, tickets and email;
• Advise customers on the company’s products, their functionality, and usage;
• Handle card declines, payment issues, urgent card support for traveling HNWI;
• Provide empathetic and attentive service to meet the needs of our users.

About you:

• You speak English at an B2-С1 level with strong written and verbal communication skills;
• You have experience with CRM systems;
• You have 1+ year of experience in Customer Support.
• You have excellent communication abilities and can handle customer complaints politely, professionally, and promptly;
• You can work both independently and as part of various teams;
• You are attentive, persistent, and solution-oriented;
• You are flexible with your schedule (night shifts and weekend work may be required);

Requirements:

• Experience as a Motion Designer for 2+ years
• Experience with Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere, Adobe Photoshop, Figma, Adobe Illustrator
• Proven experience in motion design
• Experience in UI/UX design
• Proficiency with AI content creation tools (e.g., Veo 3, Runway)
• Strong artistic taste
• Solid knowledge of composition principles and their practical application
• Ability to generate creative design from the client’s ideas & requests
• Understanding of the Guide Material and Human Interface guidelines
• Fast learner with a growth mindset
• Exceptional attention to details
• Openness to iterate and adjust concepts based on client feedback
   

Responsibilities:

• Create video montage
• Create highly engaging videos and animations for marketing and Ads campaigns
• Create moodboards and concepts
• Produce images and visual assets for the company blog, presentations, and social media
• Collaborate with art and creative teams to develop cohesive visuals, motion, and sound for animations and video content
