    About the project:

    You will be working on several new web products, including an Internal CMS for site content management, an Advanced Quiz Builder for marketing flows, and a mobile app (experience with React Native / Expo is a plus).     About you:

    • 5+ years in Frontend, with a strong track record of delivering complex SPAs/SSRs using Typescript, React and Next.js;
    • Good understanding of the differences between SSR and client rendering;
    • Good understanding of data structures, design patterns;
    • Understanding of SOLID principles;
    • Proficient in SEO optimization and website performance enhancement.

    Your responsibilities will include:

    • Development of affiliate direction: strategy for attracting and scaling the partner network, prioritization of GEO/sources/partners.
    • Leadership of the Affiliate team: setting goals, planning, monitoring performance, coaching/mentoring, performance management.
    • Engaging and negotiating with leading partners in global markets

    • In-depth independent analysis of traffic and its quality: focus on critical metrics (FTD, CR, EPC, ROI, LTV, churn, retention, fraud indicators).
