- Monitor chat quality: response speed, accuracy, empathy, routing of inquiries, and escalation of issues to support / product / CRM / retention teams;
- Maintain community content cadence: formats, activity scripts, template libraries, basic design briefs, and content support for engagement mechanics;
- Collect and systematize audience feedback, identify recurring pain points, behavioral patterns, and community needs;
- Own regular reporting and KPI analytics: Active Chatters, ER, UGC Share, CTR, sentiment, growth, response quality;
- Test hypotheses, evaluate mechanic performance, compare results over time, and propose improvements;
- Track competitors and adapt best-performing community mechanics to the relevant vertical;

Main Responsibilities

— Collecting and analyzing data related to marketing campaigns, including ad spend, conversions, ROI, CPL, CAC, and other key metrics.
— Evaluating the effectiveness of marketing activities, identifying underperforming channels, and providing recommendations for optimization.
— Developing and maintaining financial models to forecast the return on marketing investments.
— Conducting comparative analysis of costs and revenue across various marketing campaigns and channels.

Mandatory Requirements

— Education & Background: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Analytics, or a related field.
— Experience: 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, marketing finance, or cost control, preferably in a digital marketing or e-commerce environment.
— Analytical Skills: Strong ability to collect, process, and analyze financial and marketing data, including ROI, CPL, CAC, and other key performance metrics.
— Financial Modeling & Budgeting: Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting for marketing activities.
— Data-Driven Decision-Making: Experience in evaluating the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and providing recommendations for cost optimization.

Requirement

• User acquisition expert: 2+ years of proven track in building marketing retention campaigns for a consumer product through ad networks;
• Previous experience with ad networks;
• Gambling experience is mandatory;
• Work with creatives, experience with setting up tasks for video creatives;
• Experience in A/B testing and campaign optimization;
• Ability to identify issues within campaigns and develop solutions quickly;
• Understanding user journey, user segmentation, engagement, and customer experience;
• Ability to analyze and understand such metrics as CTR, CR, CPA;
• Previous work with such tools as Jira, Tableau;
• Understanding how to work with pixels, postbacks, user cookies;
• Remote work experience: ideally, in an international team;
