Responsibilities:

• Set up and maintain various services and support tools, primarily Microsoft 365/Azure.
• Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability for our clients.

• Providing operational support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an IT administrator with a primary responsibility of managing Microsoft Windows systems.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure platforms.
• Strong knowledge of administration and configuration of Windows servers and basic services AD, GPO, DNS, ADFS, etc.
• Knowledge of ticketing systems, monitoring, managed antivirus, and backup solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to generate and maintain technical documentation.
• Solid knowledge of PowerShell Scripting and command-line management.
• A minimum Intermediate English language level is required.

Will be a plus:

• Microsoft 365 Certification is a plus.
• Experience working with API services.

Deep knowledge of operating systems:

• Practical experience in administering Microsoft 365 (admin centre, Exchange, Azure, Intune, licensing).

Troubleshooting and support skills:

Key Responsibilities
    •    Design, develop, and support Go-based internal tooling, including shared libraries, CLI utilities, and services that enable engineering workflows.

Minimum Qualifications
    •    5+ years of professional experience with Go, preferably in infrastructure software, system tooling, or shared backend libraries rather than only application services.
    •    Solid understanding of build systems, version control internals, and tooling used in monorepo environments.
    •    Hands-on experience with performance profiling, low-level debugging, and concurrent programming in Go.
    •    Background contributing to internal platforms, build pipelines, or developer tooling (open-source contributions are a plus).
    •    Familiarity with CI/CD processes and automation practices.
    •    Strong Linux environment knowledge and scripting skills (Bash, Python, or similar).
    •    Clear written and verbal communication skills, including technical documentation.

Preferred Qualifications
    •    Experience with large-scale build tools such as Bazel, Buck, Pants, or comparable systems.
    •    Knowledge of Git internals, large repository management, and optimization of commit workflows.
    •    Previous work in developer productivity engineering or internal platform teams.

• Processing requests in Slack from agents, VIP managers, and other teams quickly and masterfully;
• Anti-fraud chat and bank transfers monitoring (decode), processing of each request;
• Strict adherence to regulations;
• Reporting bugs and problems with payment systems;
• Communication with departments to resolve problems;
• Sending emails when withdrawal is delayed, checking balances on payment systems;
• Communication with payment providers, resolving transaction nuances;
• Help in solving problems that users may encounter.
