About the Platform

На цій ролі ви будете відповідати за побудову команди, запуск операційної моделі філіалу, впровадження управлінських процесів та координацію розробки hardware-рішень — від формування технічного підходу до тестування, валідації та підготовки продуктів до масштабування.

Ця роль вимагає сильного управлінського бекграунду, досвіду найму й розвитку технічних команд, а також глибокого розуміння інженерної розробки фізичних продуктів. Ваша задача — побудувати керований, результативний R&D-напрям, який зможе швидко створювати надійні та практичні рішення, що відповідають реальним потребам оборонної сфери.

Основні задачі:

• Запустити та розвивати окремий R&D-філіал відповідно до цілей компанії та технічної стратегії;
• Сформувати структуру підрозділу, ключові ролі, зони відповідальності та підходи до взаємодії в команді;
• Наймати, адаптувати та розвивати інженерну команду;
• Побудувати сильну управлінську вертикаль і технічне ядро підрозділу;
• Координувати повний цикл розробки hardware-продуктів: від ідеї, проєктування і прототипування до тестування та підготовки до виробництва;
• Налагодити зрозумілі процеси планування, пріоритезації, контролю виконання, звітності та управління ризиками;
• Забезпечувати якість технічних рішень, технологічність конструкцій і реалістичність строків;
• Синхронізувати роботу R&D з виробництвом, закупівлями, тестуванням, польовими командами та іншими стейкхолдерами;
• Брати участь у прийнятті ключових технічних та організаційних рішень;

• Відповідати за результативність підрозділу: строки, якість, керованість процесів, ефективність команди та готовність рішень до впровадження.

• Досвід на керівній посаді в інженерному, виробничому або R&D-напрямі;
• Практичний досвід побудови або масштабування технічної команди;
• Досвід найму сильних інженерних спеціалістів;
• Глибоке розуміння hardware engineering і повного циклу створення фізичного продукту;
• Досвід роботи з розробкою, прототипуванням, тестуванням і підготовкою рішень до серійного виробництва;
• Сильні people management навички: постановка цілей, розвиток людей, контроль результату, побудова відповідальності в команді;
• Вміння працювати в умовах невизначеності, швидких змін і обмежених ресурсів;
• Здатність оцінювати реалістичність технічних рішень та ефективно взаємодіяти з інженерами різних напрямів;
• Системність, структурність і високий рівень особистої відповідальності.

• Досвід у miltech, defense tech, robotics, avionics, embedded systems, electronics або суміжних hardware-напрямах;
• Досвід запуску нового підрозділу, інженерного майданчика або окремого R&D-напряму;
• Досвід побудови лабораторії, тестового середовища або інженерної інфраструктури;
• Розуміння специфіки продуктів, що працюють у складних або польових умовах;
• Досвід взаємодії з виробництвом і серійним запуском виробів.
