Job responsibilities:

We are looking for an T&D Manager to join our Team. The purpose of this role is to establish a strategic and scalable Talent & Development function that strengthens GigaCloud’s ability to grow through its people. This role focuses on unlocking the potential of internal talent by creating clear development pathways, building leadership capabilities, and embedding a culture of learning across teams.

Key responsibilities:
 

• Develop and implement a structured, strategic approach to talent development.
• Launch performance-oriented training initiatives: 85% aligned with business goals, 15% focused on self-development and staying current with industry trends (e.g., conferences, meetups).
