About the role

We’re looking for an Engagement Manager to own and drive early-stage client engagement and new business opportunities. This role sits at the intersection of business, technology, and relationships.

You’ll be the first point of contact for prospective clients - leading discovery conversations, understanding business challenges, and shaping initial engagements that turn interest into qualified opportunities. Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in B2B roles such as Customer Engagement, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting within Software Development, IT Services, or SaaS.
• Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and modern technology concept.
• Familiarity with AI/ML, Cloud platforms, and Data-related solutions — you don’t need to code, but you should speak the language of tech leaders.
• Proven “hunter” mindset with the ability to generate leads and open new accounts.

• Stakeholder support: ad-hoc validation of figures, investigation of discrepancies between dashboards, ensuring availability of the BI platform.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a Strong Middle Product Designer to work under Product Owner supervision, and design the product experience that turns complex workflow intelligence into clear, trustworthy actions for busy operators.
 

Graphio.ai reconstructs cross-team workflows from API-enabled metadata, automatically generates an ideal workflow (golden path), detects deviations that signal broken handoffs, and delivers weekly/monthly reporting to a single accountable owner. Your job is to make this feel obvious: what the system found, why it matters, what to do next, and how to tune it - all without overwhelming the user.
 

This is a B2B SaaS product used by senior operators. The bar for clarity, speed, and confidence is set high.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end product design from UX research and user testing to final UI, including dev-ready handoff.
• Make complex output understandable and trustworthy: decision support, and “what changed / what to do now” flows that drive action.
• Partner closely with the Product Manager, Machine Learning and AI specialists, and Software Engineers to turn model outputs into user-ready experiences and to iterate quickly.
• Maintain a scalable design system (components, variables) to keep the product consistent and fast to build.
• Lead user research in a pragmatic way: interviews, usability tests, and lightweight validation with operators to uncover confusion, friction, and adoption blockers.
• Design onboarding and first-time experience flows that support fast rollout and short time-to-value, without workflow changes.

We're looking for a senior backend engineer to own their new customer-facing API and AI services from architecture through production.

This is a high-autonomy role. You'll work directly with the founders on architectural decisions and own implementation end to end. Greenfield build, not maintenance.

What you'll own

• API development - lead a new external API end to end: OpenAPI design, framework and hosting decisions, and optimized SQL powering dynamic filtering.
• AI microservices - build and deploy agentic services that turn natural-language queries into deterministic, auditable filters. Customer-scoped auth, evaluation, and deterministic validation are core, not afterthoughts.
• Workflow builder - help design and build an n8n-style automation product: schema, execution model, scheduling, retries, persistence, and integrations.
