We're looking for an expert-level n8n automation developer for a long-term engagement (6+ months) covering three parallel workstreams: infrastructure migration, social media automation expansion, and cold outreach pipeline development.

What You'll Do
1. Infrastructure Migration

• Migrate existing n8n cloud workflows to self-hosted n8n on RepoCloud.io
• Configure autoscaling for production workloads

You will serve as a trusted point of contact for team members and managers while ensuring that our HR processes, policies, and employee experience remain effective, consistent, and aligned with business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for day-to-day HR matters.
• Coordinate onboarding, adaptation, performance review, and offboarding processes.
• Maintain HR documentation, employee records, policies, guidelines, and databases.
• Support employee engagement, feedback, and other people initiatives.
