• 3+ years in performance-driven creative (mobile apps, DTC, subscriptions, or agencies)
• Strong experience with video-first formats (TikTok, Reels, Shorts, UGC-style content)
• Ability to turn a dry performance brief into a simple, human story or hook
• Comfortable managing small productions end-to-end

• Data-curious mindset — you care how your creatives perform and want to see the numbers

   

Motion Designer (UA Creatives)
We are looking for a Motion Designer to create UA video creatives for paid channels: Meta, TikTok, YouTube.

Responsibilities:
- Creating and animating UA video creatives (6–30 sec)

- Animating text, UI elements, icons, simple characters

- Adapting creatives to different formats and placements

- Fast iterations and revisions based on feedback and performance metrics

- Close collaboration with marketing and the creative producer

Requirements
Must-have:

- After Effects — confident user (main working tool)

- Photoshop — basic level (asset preparation, minor edits)

- Understanding of UA creatives and performance-driven video

- Ability to create simple, clean, and highly readable animations

- Strong sense of timing, rhythm, and composition

- Working with text (hooks, CTAs, visual accents)

- Exporting videos for Meta / TikTok / YouTube

- Working with pre-made assets (PSD, Figma, footages)

Nice-to-have:

- AI tools for creative production (image/video generation, upscaling, voice, subtitles, etc.)

- Experience with mobile games or apps

- Understanding of A/B testing for creatives

- Basic editing and sound skills (cuts, transitions, music timing)

- Experience adapting creatives for different markets
