What You’ll Be Doing

You will work in a cross-functional team alongside the Product Manager, Product Designer, UX Writers, Data Analytics, Technical Leads, Engineers and other cross-functional team members to deliver engaging features through A/B tests and build top-notch products, including, but not limited to:
 

• Develop and own backend features using Python/Django, supporting the creation of new backend services as well as design, create, and/or troubleshoot integrations with third-party vendors.

Role Overview

We’re looking for a Business Analyst (Middle level) who is ready to take ownership of client-facing work at the intersection of business, product, and AI-driven solutions. In this role, you’ll work directly with US-based clients, founders, and delivery teams to understand business goals, define solution scope, and drive accounts from discovery through execution.

You will act as a key point of contact for assigned accounts, combining business analysis with elements of account management and product ownership. What You’ll Do

• Support Requirements Gathering
   
  • Lead and co-lead client interviews, discovery calls, and workshops to uncover business goals, constraints, and success metrics.
  • Analyze and structure business processes, pain points, and opportunities for AI-driven solutions.
