Responsibilities

• Creation and optimization of advertising campaigns, primarily with fous on META.
• Conducting A/B tests, identifying effective combinations, and optimizing purchase structures.
• Planning and analyzing user acquisition results.
   

What We Expect:
 

Experience

• At least 2 year of experience in traffic acquisition.
• Proficiency in advertising management platforms.
• Understanding of marketing metrics: CPM, CTR, CPA, ROAS, ROMI, CR, etc.
• Strong analytical skills for working with data, numbers, and metrics.
• English level: Upper Intermediate.
   

Soft Skills

• Proactivity: You propose solutions for problems that haven’t been outlined yet.
• Attention to Detail: You won’t accidentally add an extra zero to an advertising budget.
• Eagerness to Learn: A strong desire to acquire new knowledge and skills.
   

Advantages

• Experience with mobile apps is a must.
• Experience in the Photo&Video niche is a double advantage.
• Experience with scaled budget from little to medium-sized is a triple advantage.
