Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced SMM Team Lead to oversee and support our existing social media team. You will primarily manage the team’s workflow, maintain quality control across all projects, and personally handle 1–2 key accounts to stay hands-on and maintain a sharp edge in execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the daily operations of the SMM team.
• Ensure all social media content aligns with client strategies and brand guidelines.
• Lead 1–2 premium client projects directly.
• Generate engaging and brand-aligned copy with the assistance of our AI-trained chat system.
• Review and approve social media calendars, creatives, and performance reports.
• Collaborate with content creators, designers, and performance marketers to drive client success.
• Monitor trends to keep strategies fresh and relevant.
• Maintain high standards of communication both internally and with clients.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in social media marketing, with leadership experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of the crypto, gambling, and betting sectors will be plus
• Hands-on experience in creating social media strategies and managing content calendars.
• Ability to work with AI tools to generate and fine-tune copy.
• Exceptional organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
