What We’re Looking For

• 8+ years of strong, production Java experience
• Proven track record in a tech lead or lead engineer role
• Deep expertise in the Spring Boot ecosystem and distributed systems at scale
• Hands-on experience building financial systems: payments, wallets, banking or fintech
• Strong engineering leadership: code review culture, mentoring, standards definition
• Strong REST API design skills and hands-on experience with messaging systems
• Solid SQL skills; PostgreSQL experience preferred
• Familiarity with cloud environments, CI/CD pipelines, and observability tooling

• Comfortable working asynchronously in a distributed, international team

   

Nice to Have

• Background in a licensed financial institution (EMI, payment institution, or bank)
• Familiarity with PCI DSS requirements and regulated payment environments
• Exposure to Open Banking providers or scheme integrations (Visa / Mastercard)
• Hands-on work with Camunda or other workflow orchestration engines
• Background in event-sourcing or CQRS patterns

• Interest or practice in AI / ML applied to financial systems

Job Description

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
  Strong expertise in Node.js and deep understanding of backend system design and development
• Experience with microservices, containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Experience working with databases such as PostgreSQL and caching systems such as Redis
• Experience with asynchronous job processing technologies such as BullMQ
• Experience building and maintaining large-scale distributed systems
• Experience with complex backend services
• On-call support
• Strong sense of ownership, responsibility, and communicational skills
• Familiarity with workflow orchestration platforms such as Temporal is a plus

As a Growth Product Manager for Creators Platform, you will work on scaling a builder platform that enables creators to launch, manage, and distribute their content and services. You will focus on optimizing acquisition, activation, upsell, and cross-sell funnels through experimentation, research, and user insights.

Your impact:

• Drive product growth by optimizing key metrics across acquisition and activation flows.
• Conduct competitive research, analyze user feedback, and leverage funnel analytics to uncover insights.
• Identify growth opportunities and develop data-driven hypotheses for optimization experiments.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, design, analytics, and engineering teams to achieve impactful business results.
   

About you:

• 2+ years of experience in a growth-focused role (e.g., Growth Product Manager, Product Manager).
• Experience working in B2C or subscription-based product.
• Proficient in growth metrics, A/B testing, and data analytics.
• Strong understanding of design principles and copywriting strategies.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven experience working with cross-functional team.
• Upper-intermediate or higher proficiency in English.
