WorkHold — продуктова компанія, що будує AI-агентів для автоматизації бізнес-процесів. Ми масштабуємо виробництво короткого відеоконтенту й шукаємо AI-креатора, який закриває повний цикл роботи з відео: від генерації вихідників до фінального змонтованого ролика під Reels, Shorts і TikTok.

Важливо: потрібен повний цикл виробництва і якісний монтаж, а не лише генерація в нейромережах.

Як виглядає робота

Початок дня — дивишся задачі в таск-трекері, відкриваєш готові сценарії з коментарями. Якщо щось незрозуміло — уточнюєш у контент-стратега. Далі — генерація й монтаж. Спочатку сценарії дають готові, але важливо, щоб ти міг мислити креативно й пропонувати свої ідеї. Кілька разів на тиждень — зустрічі з розбором, що спрацювало, а що ні. Працюватимеш у команді з другим AI-креатором.

Обсяг: 2–3 складних ролики на день + до 10 простих (за готового сценарію).

Що робитимеш

Монтаж і генерація AI-відео
— Генерація AI-відео за ТЗ: сцени, локації, персонажі, візуальні концепти
— Обробка й доопрацювання, склейка сцен, тайминги
— Фінальний монтаж, адаптація під Shorts, Reels, TikTok, експорт
— Утримання уваги в ролику

Монтаж і проста анімація — обов'язково на хорошому рівні: накладання логотипів, UI-елементів, CTA і графіки; акуратні переходи, zoom і motion-ефекти; проста анімація елементів — щоб ролик виглядав чисто й дорого.

AI-фото
— Генерація й обробка зображень за ТЗ: персонажі, фони, сцени, креативи
— Єдиний візуальний стиль, consistent character, ретуш, апскейл, адаптація формату

Музика й озвучка
— Робота з AI-озвучкою (ElevenLabs або аналоги): голос, темп, емоція
— Синхронізація озвучки з відеорядом
— Підбір музики та sound-ефектів

Промти та порядок у матеріалах
— Якісні промти для генерації відео, фото, персонажів, сцен, руху камери
— Підбір референсів
— Ведення таблиць зі статусами, зрозуміла структура сховища по папках і датах

— Досвід від 1 року, портфоліо — десятки роликів (20–30+ за рік роботи)
— Монтаж — ключовий навик: динамічний, чистий ролик з анімацією, переходами, графікою
— Досвід генерації AI-відео та AI-фото, впевнене володіння consistent character
— Досвід з AI-озвучкою (ElevenLabs або аналоги), вміння писати якісні промти
— Базова англійська: достатньо, щоб писати промти для нейромереж (можна з перекладачем)
— Насмотреність і відчуття темпу для коротких вертикальних форматів
— Дисципліна, відповідальність за дедлайни, порядок у файлах

Умови роботи

— До $1000: $800 фіксована ставка + $200 KPI (організаційний + креативний)
— Виплати двічі на місяць

— Робочі години 10:00–19:00 за Києвом, задачі на день приймаються до 15:00
— Перші 2 тижні — тестовий період з гарантованою фіксованою ставкою
— Три зустрічі на тиждень по 30 хвилин, можливі додаткові
— Всі підписки на нейромережі надаємо
— Зростання: вертикальне (лід напряму) або експертне (вища ставка за якість і швидкість)
