About the Role

We are looking for a Head of Marketing to build a structured, high-performing marketing function that accelerates growth across our entire business portfolio — both B2C and B2B.

This is not a single-product marketing role. Partner with Product, CRM, Data, Sales, and Business Development to improve lead capture, activation, qualification, and conversion, and establish a genuine experimentation culture built on A/B testing, CRO, and data-driven hypothesis validation.

B2B Demand Generation & ABM Build scalable demand-generation programs that consistently deliver qualified opportunities to our Sales and Business Development teams. Use ICP, persona, and behavioral insight to improve lead quality and conversion, and align the marketing and commercial funnels — qualification criteria, handover, feedback loops, and tracking. Develop and test Account-Based Marketing initiatives for strategic and high-value accounts, and support commercial teams on campaigns that drive new business, cross-sell, upsell, and account expansion.

B2C Growth & Customer Lifecycle Develop the acquisition, engagement, retention, loyalty, and lifetime-value programs that grow our consumer-facing businesses — from awareness and activation through repeat usage, referrals, and advocacy. Use customer insight, behavioral data, and NPS to find growth opportunities, and identify ways to move customers across products and services within the Nova Global ecosystem.

Performance Marketing, Investment & Analytics Own and manage the marketing budget across SEO, PPC, Paid Social, Email, CRM, Content, Partnerships, and Events, with a clear ROI-driven framework for allocating investment across businesses, products, markets, and channels. Monitor CAC, CPL, conversion, revenue contribution, and retention to continuously improve efficiency, and build the attribution, reporting, and marketing-ops infrastructure — automation, CRM processes, campaign orchestration, dashboards — that connects marketing activity transparently to business results. Manage the external agencies, contractors, and research partners that support this work.

Product, Brand & Go-to-Market Partner with Product and business teams on the development, launch, and scaling of new and existing products, translating customer and market insight into positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy. Build a clear brand architecture across our portfolio, ensuring consistent, differentiated communication by segment and market through content, social, and broader communications strategy — while identifying where product or journey improvements can unlock additional demand.

We are looking for an experienced Media Buying Team Lead to join our team and take ownership of performance marketing operations across Tier-1 European markets.

This role is a great fit for a strong performance marketing professional who already has experience leading media buyers, understands acquisition economics, and is ready to take the next step in their career.

You will initially lead the media buying function at the Team Lead level, with a clear opportunity to grow into the Head of Media Buying role as the team, budgets, and acquisition operations scale.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

• Lead the day-to-day work of the Media Buying team, including priorities, performance, workload, and campaign execution;
• Develop and execute media buying strategies across Tier-1 European markets together with the wider marketing team;
