🏢 About the Company

We are an Amazon growth agency and brand incubator with 8 years of experience in the market. We manage both our own proprietary brands and full-service client accounts across the US, Canada, EU, and UK marketplaces.

Our mission is to scale Amazon businesses through data-driven PPC strategies and holistic marketplace management, turning advertising opportunities into sustainable brand growth and profitability.

We don't only manage client accounts, we also build, own, and scale our own Amazon brands. This means our strategies are tested on real businesses and real budgets.

🎯 About the Role

We are looking for an Amazon PPC Specialist to take ownership of PPC management for our brands, while also supporting other client brand accounts over time.

You won't simply receive a list of tasks to execute. You'll work closely with the team to understand the broader strategy, translate it into campaigns, analyze performance, and continuously identify opportunities for growth.

We're looking for someone with strong Amazon PPC fundamentals and the potential to become a strategic PPC owner.

🔥 Responsibilities

During the first year, you will take full ownership of our primary Jewelry brand - a high-volume account with an extensive catalog and a $60,000/month PPC budget spanning the US, Canada, and European marketplaces.

🎯 Strategic Collaboration & Execution

• Co-Creating Strategy: Partner directly with the CEO/Head of Marketing to map out high-

level growth strategies, launch plans, and profitability targets.

• Full Implementation: Take direct responsibility for converting those strategic frameworks

into active, well-structured campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored

Display, and Video).

🔎 Ongoing Campaign Optimization

• Catalog-Wide Optimization: Continuously monitor and refine performance across a large

SKU catalog, optimizing bids, placements, budget allocations, and target keywords to hit

aggressive ACoS/TACoS goals.

• Market-Specific Tuning: Tailor campaign structures and keyword strategies to account for

audience nuances across the US, CA, and EU markets.

🤝 Leveraging Execution Support

• Task Delegation: Direct and manage our dedicated Philippines support team for repetitive,

time-intensive operational tasks (e.g., routine data entry, bulk keyword uploads, basic report

generation) so you remain focused on high-level strategy and optimization.

• Quality Control: Oversee the work completed by the support team to ensure accurate

execution and workflow continuity.

📈 Tool Integration & Performance Tracking

• AI Optimization: Utilize and help refine our proprietary in-house AI optimization tools to

streamline bidding adjustments and identify campaign inefficiencies.

• Reporting: Audit account performance regularly and track key growth metrics to ensure

maximum ROI on ad spend.

✅ Requirements

💼 2–3 years of hands-on Amazon PPC experience

🔎 Strong understanding of Amazon Ads and Sponsored Ads

⚙️ Experience working with Amazon Ads Manager / Campaign Manager

📚Strong understanding of keyword targeting and match types, Auto & Manual campaigns, Search Term Reports, negative keywords, bidding and budget management, ACoS, TACoS, ROAS, campaign structure and optimization

📈Strong analytical and data-driven mindset

📑Comfortable working with large amounts of campaign data

⚙️Experience with Helium 10 is strongly preferred

🤖Practical experience using AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini

🙋Ability to work independently without detailed step-by-step instructions

🗣English — Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher

🧠Willingness to learn and develop into a more strategic PPC role

💡 We are open to candidates with less experience if they demonstrate excellent learning ability, strong PPC fundamentals, strategic thinking, and impressive AI skills.

🧠 Who Will Thrive in This Role?

⚡ Learns fast: you can understand a new PPC concept and apply it without extensive hand-holding.

🧩 Thinks strategically: you don't just ask "What task should I do next?" You ask "What is preventing this account from growing?"

🤝 Takes ownership: you can take a broad idea, clarify the objective, build the roadmap, and execute it independently.

💬 Communicates openly: you speak up when something is unclear, when you've made a mistake, or when you believe the strategy needs to change.

🤖 Embraces AI: you're excited about using AI to make PPC work faster, smarter, and more scalable.

🔎 Checks your work: you understand that AI is a powerful assistant, not a replacement for professional judgment.

Main requirements

Snowflake Experience

The person should be proactive, well-organized, and an effective communicator, able to independently drive tasks forward, keep processes under control, and communicate clearly with the team and stakeholders.

Requirements

Senior Data Enginer

Snowflake — core development

• Writing and maintaining production views, secured views and stored logic in Snowflake
• Understanding of role-based access control: users, roles, GRANTs, warehouse and database entitlement models
• Enough query-tuning instinct to build views over large fact tables without wrecking performance — partition pruning, clustering awareness, avoiding SELECT *

Microsoft SQL Server

• T-SQL development
• Migrating legacy tables, views and stored procedures to Snowflake

Previous ETL Tooling Experience

Bonus Points

BI and semantic layer

• Sigma Computing — connection setup, workbooks, embedding, AI/Cortex configuration. We are rolling Sigma out now and retiring Tableau Desktop.
• Tableau — data source management, extract vs live strategy, extract scheduling and dependency mapping

Documentation and code review

• Producing data-flow and architecture diagrams
• Reviewing SQL/pipeline code to a standard — we have a code review backlog in other areas because there aren’t enough qualified SQL reviewers. A contractor who can act as a second reviewer is disproportionately valuable.

Azure DevOps (aka ADF Pipelines sync’d with Github)

• CI/CD pipelines for database and ADF artefacts, service principal / client secret configuration, release troubleshooting

External API ingestion

• Consuming and loading third-party APIs into the warehouse (e.g. FX/exchange rate feeds), including auth and error handling
• Snowflake Git integration — connecting a Git repository to Snowflake, versioning database objects and deploying from a branch, plus general source-control discipline for SQL and pipeline code
• Snowflake Streamlit — building lightweight in-warehouse data apps as an alternative to a full BI workbook where the audience is small or the use case is operational
• Python for data engineering and Snowpark
• Snowflake Cortex / LLM-in-warehouse features
• dbt or equivalent transformation tooling (not in use today, but relevant if we modernise)

Working attributes we need

• Comfortable being the second pair of hands on a one-person team — takes a ticket end-to-end without daily direction
• Documents as they go; we are explicitly trying to reduce single-person key-man risk
• Cost-aware: several of our decisions are spend-driven, not purely technical

What we're looking for
