Задачі на цій позиції:

Product Business Owner Retail-напряму — це людина, яка відповідатиме за пошук, перевірку, запуск і масштабування нових продуктів та сервісів на базі мережі відділень.

Перші 3 місяці:

1. Зануритися в бізнес, процеси компанії та можливості мережі відділень.
2. Провести discovery: зрозуміти, як працює мережа, які є типи відділень, аудиторії, трафік, локації, обмеження та потенційні точки монетизації.
3. Сформувати та пріоритизувати backlog продуктових і бізнес-ініціатив у напрямі retail на відділеннях.
4. Пропрацювати 1–2 продуктові ініціативи до рівня бізнес-кейсу: дослідження, клієнтський попит, економіка, модель запуску, потенціал масштабування.
5. Підготувати перші проєкти до delivery, запуску та подальшого масштабування після випробувального терміну.

In general:

1. Формувати портфель нових продуктів для розвитку мережі відділень.
2. Досліджувати гіпотези та визначати, які продукти мають бізнес-потенціал.
3. Будувати roadmap розвитку Retail Branch Ecosystem на 24 місяці.
4. Запускати нові продукти та сервіси для клієнтів мережі відділень.
5. Працювати з бізнес-моделями, unit-економікою, ROI та планом виходу продукту на прибутковість.
6. Розвивати партнерські моделі запуску продуктів: rev share, rent, platform, co-brand.
7. Координувати взаємодію між бізнесом, продуктом, операційними командами, IT, юристами та партнерами.
8. Валідувати попит, запускати MVP, приймати go / no-go рішення та масштабувати лише ті продукти, які мають підтверджену бізнес-модель.

The Role:

Accounting & Record-Keeping:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in ERP systems (e.g. QuickBooks, Xero, or similar);

What you’ll do
 

Accounting & Record-Keeping:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in ERP systems (e.g. QuickBooks, Xero, or similar);
• Post journal entries, reconcile accounts, and support month-end closing processes;
• Process and track accounts payable and receivable;
• Maintain supporting documentation for all financial transactions;
• Assist in preparation of financial reports and management accounts;
