Weβre looking for a User Acquisition Manager to scale 51 Games products through performance marketing - with a strong focus on mobile and browser games. Youβll own paid acquisition from strategy to daily execution: launching and optimising campaigns, building a repeatable testing framework, and partnering with creative + analytics to push ROAS, lower CPD/CAC, and grow LTV.
This role is for someone who is comfortable managing high-volume budgets, moving fast with experiments, and making decisions based on real performance data - not opinions. You will be a part of acquisition team, including 2 other specialists.
Responsibilities
β’ Own and execute the UA strategy across Meta, Bing, Google (Search/Display/YouTube), X/Twitter, DSP/programmatic, and CPA/CPM networksβaligned with marketing, live-ops, seasonality, and product releases;
β’ Set and manage growth KPIs (CAC/CPA, ROAS, CVR, retention, LTV, payback) and translate them into clear channel/geo/segment targets;
β’ Launch and scale campaigns: account structure, naming conventions, budgets, pacing, and bidding to consistently hit performance goals;
β’ Optimize daily across audiences, bids, placements, creatives, and funnel steps; quickly diagnose issues (creative fatigue, audience saturation, tracking drops, funnel friction) and fix them;
β’ Run a structured experimentation loop (test β learn β scale) with documented hypotheses, success criteria, and learnings;
β’ Build segmentation and lifecycle loops: prospecting, retargeting, re-engagement/winback from install β activation β purchase/deposit;
β’ Drive the creative performance system with design/copy: briefs (angles/hooks/messages/formats), UGC/short-form video + statics, and continuous A/B testing with a βwhat worksβ library;
β’ Own analytics and reporting across GA4/Ads Managers/dashboards; monitor cohorts and funnel metrics (D1/D7/D30, payer conversion, LTV) and deliver actionable insights, Custom Data Analytics tools;
β’ Manage programmatic and external partners: DSP buying basics (reach/frequency, brand safety), CPA/CPM partner onboarding/optimization, fraud prevention, vendor terms, and budget/forecasting/ROI tracking β while ensuring policy/legal compliance and staying on top of competitor trends;
β’ Retention campaigns β Drive retention through narrow and segmented targeting on the existing audience (activation + re-activation).
Requirements
β’ 2+ years in paid UA/performance marketing for mobile games (browser games experience is a strong plus);
β’ Hands-on expertise with Meta + TikTok (must-have), plus at least one of: Google UAC/YouTube, DSP/programmatic, networks;
β’ Proven experience improving ROAS / CPD / CAC through testing, optimisation, and creative iteration;
β’ Strong analytical mindset: ability to interpret cohorts, funnels, and campaign signals to make decisions;
β’ Experience working closely with creatives and turning data into actionable briefs;
β’ Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with rapid testing and frequent iteration;
β’ Strong English communication.
Nice to have
β’ Experience with MMPs (e.g., AppsFlyer / Adjust / Branch);
β’ Experience with playable ads, influencer whitelisting, or hybrid UA + creator performance campaigns;
β’ Understanding of monetisation design and game economies (F2P loops, offer testing);
β’ Experience scaling across multiple geos (Tier 1 + emerging markets).
