• Lead discovery: user problems, business constraints, risk/impact tradeoffs, and solution options

   

Requirements & Process Design

• Map and document end-to-end user and money flows 
• Translate regulatory and operational constraints into product requirements and UX rules 

• Produce clear artefacts for design and engineering: PRDs, acceptance criteria, edge cases, and process diagrams

   

Execution & Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with engineering (backend, web, mobile), design, ops, and compliance to unblock delivery 
• Validate builds, coordinate QA expectations, and ensure high-quality releases 

• Align stakeholders on decisions, communicate changes fast, and keep the team focused on results

   

What we're looking for

• 5+ years in Product or Program Management 
• Strong understanding of payment products and flows (cards, accounts, PSP/BaaS/CaaS, KYC/KYT concepts) 
• Proven ability to turn complex financial and crypto flows into clear UX and precise requirement artefacts 
• Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, design, ops, and compliance teams 

• Fluent English (written and spoken)—daily communication with international leadership

   

Nice to have

• Fintech, banking, payments, or crypto domain experience 
• Experience with PlantUML or similar tools for process diagramming 

• Background in early-stage or fast-scaling product environments

We’re looking for a Cybersecurity Specialist — someone exceptionally structured, risk-aware, and confident owning company-wide security, access control, and infrastructure protection end-to-end.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Own company-wide access management (Google Workspace, Slack, AWS, Shopify, BI tools, internal systems, etc.)
• Create, modify, and revoke user access based on role and security policies
• Implement role-based access control (RBAC) and least-privilege principles
• Maintain secure credential and password management systems
• Implement and enforce multi-factor authentication (MFA) across all platforms
• Secure cloud environments and monitor infrastructure permissions
• Monitor logs, detect suspicious activity, and define response protocols
• Build and maintain internal security policies and documentation
• Conduct periodic security audits and vulnerability assessments
• Develop backup and disaster recovery strategies
• Lead incident response processes when needed
• Educate the team on security awareness and best practices

What You Bring

• Proven experience in cybersecurity or information security
• Strong understanding of identity & access management (IAM) principles
• Experience securing cloud environments (AWS preferred)
• Knowledge of endpoint protection and monitoring tools
• Understanding of encryption, authentication, and network security fundamentals
• Experience implementing MFA and access governance frameworks
• Ability to create clear security policies and enforce standards
• Strong sense of ownership and discretion when handling sensitive data
• English level B2+
• Comfortable working remotely

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience working with fast-growing e-commerce or digital-first companies
• Experience preparing companies for compliance audits
• Background in cloud infrastructure security automation

We’re looking for a Shopify Developer — someone who can own the technical side of our storefront, build scalable solutions, and ensure our e-commerce platform evolves as fast as the business does.

You’re not just maintaining a website — you’re building an e-commerce engine.

You understand how Shopify works under the hood: themes, Liquid, APIs, apps, and performance. You know how to translate design and marketing ideas into fast, stable, conversion-focused storefront features.

You’re comfortable owning Shopify development end-to-end — from implementing new features to improving performance, fixing issues, and supporting growth experiments.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Build and customize Shopify themes using Liquid, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Develop new storefront components, sections, and templates
• Implement UI updates and landing pages based on design and marketing needs
• Optimize store performance, loading speed, and mobile responsiveness
• Troubleshoot and resolve bugs or technical issues affecting the storefront
• Integrate and configure Shopify apps (subscriptions, marketing tools, analytics)
• Support marketing campaigns with technical implementations and landing pages
• Ensure stable integrations with platforms like Klaviyo, Recharge, Postscript, and other tools
• Maintain clean code structure and documentation
• Act as the technical owner of the Shopify storefront

What You Bring

• 3+ years of experience working with Shopify development
• Strong experience with Liquid, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Experience customizing Shopify themes and storefront components
• Understanding of Shopify APIs and the Shopify app ecosystem
• Experience integrating marketing and subscription tools within Shopify
• Strong attention to performance, responsiveness, and user experience
• Strong English (Upper-Intermediate+)
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with design and marketing teams
