We are looking for a Senior User Acquisition Manager (TikTok/Meta/Snapchat) to build and own the acquisition direction for one of our live-streaming products, taking full responsibility for TikTok, Meta, and Snapchat and scaling spend 2-3x within 3-6 months while holding CPA and ROAS at target. You will run the testing roadmap across creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies, work hand-in-hand with our Creative and PMM teams.

In this role, you will

• Own and manage traffic acquisition on TikTok, Meta, and Snapchat, from hypothesis testing to scaling
• Scale the Social direction within defined KPIs (Spend/CPA/ROI/ROAS)
• Build and execute a testing roadmap covering creatives, audiences, placements, and bidding strategies to improve performance
• Build A/B test structures and scaling rules and criteria for campaigns, monitoring CPA and ROI on a daily basis
• Work closely with Creative and PMM teams to generate and validate new hypotheses tailored to each channel's needs

It's all about you

• 3+ years of experience in performance marketing for mobile apps (video streaming/live/social apps is a plus)
• Hands-on experience buying traffic on TikTok Ads, Meta Ads, and Snapchat Ads, from campaign launch to scaling
• Experience managing budgets above $300K per month across Social channels
• Deep understanding of auction mechanics, bidding strategies, optimization events, and the algorithm principles behind TikTok/Meta/Snap
• Solid knowledge of unit economics, cohort analysis, and key performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, LTV, Retention)

We're looking for a dedicated Google Ads specialist to own and scale our paid acquisition efforts across two lines of business: Lead Generation and User Generation.
Our acquisition strategy is becoming increasingly funnel-driven, with more experiments and landing page variations to run than ever. About the role

We’re looking for someone who owns delivery — not tracks it, not reports it, owns it.

You’ll be responsible for a specific area: games, features, or platform work. From the first conversation about a requirement through to production — you’re on the hook for the whole thing.

This isn’t a coordination-only role. We need someone with previous hands-on software engineering, DevOps, release engineering, or similar technical experience who can actively improve and automate the way software is built, tested, and released.

You set the timeline, track it, and communicate changes before people start asking questions. If there’s a blocker, you’ve already seen it. If a release isn’t ready, you say so — clearly and early.

You’ll look at how work flows through your area and fix what’s broken. Not just follow whatever process exists. You’ll design something that actually works, iterate on it, and make it better over time.

A key part of the role will be identifying manual steps, bottlenecks, and failure points in development and release workflows, and then building practical automation to remove them. This may include improving CI/CD pipelines, automating release checks, connecting tools through APIs, and developing scripts or lightweight internal solutions.

Quality is yours too. Not QA’s problem alone, not the tech lead’s problem. You own release readiness: is it tested, is it documented, does anyone know the operational risk. If the answer is no, it doesn’t ship.

We are looking for a hands-on commercial leader who can take ownership of this transition from the business development and sales side.

The Role

This is not a traditional sales management position.

Initially, you will be the primary individual contributor responsible for business development, sales, and presales. You will personally generate and qualify opportunities, run discovery calls, prepare proposals, negotiate, follow up, and close deals.

At the same time, you will help rebuild and improve Five Jars’ commercial function, identify what works, refine our positioning and target markets, establish repeatable acquisition channels, and eventually build a small sales and business development team.

Design our website and page ecosystem based on what we already have:

Structure and copy: fully mapped out, section by section.

Assets: brand colours, typography guidelines, character art, rooms, town map, real app screens from Figma, quest screen recordings, and voice clips.

Scope:
