About the Role

We are looking for a Head of SAR Systems — a senior technical leader who has personally built and deployed SAR systems, not just managed teams or research.

Ми шукаємо Head of User Acquisition, який візьме на себе лідерство над performance напрямом: від побудови системної роботи з креативами до масштабування каналів і впливу на revenue.

Наш маркетинг — це мікс аналітики, глибокого розуміння психології клієнтів та контенту, що надихає на зміни та розвиток.

• У вас є досвід управління командою та ви знаєте, як мотивувати команду з 5+ людей та будувати продуктивну культуру.
• Ви керували рекламними бюджетами від $100K/місяць і більше.
• Ви орієнтовані на бізнес-результат, а не просто на трафік. Для вас важливі ROMI, якість лідів, unit economics, і ви вмієте досягати запланованих метрик.
• Маєте глибоку експертизу в Meta та Google. Досвід роботи з TikTok та LinkedIn є плюсом.
• Маєте досвід у B2C-сегменті та/або в нішах EdTech, SaaS, мобільних додатків.

Що ви будете робити:

• Управляти командою платного трафіку: формувати структуру, встановлювати KPI, проводити аудит процесів і впроваджувати поліпшення.
• Відповідати за досягнення планових показників Paid Revenue та ROMI.
• Розробляти та реалізовувати багатоканальні стратегії просування (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, інфлюєнсери тощо).
• Запускати, оптимізувати та масштабувати рекламні кампанії, тестувати гіпотези для зниження CAC і підвищення конверсій.
• Будувати наскрізну аналітику та систему регулярної звітності.
• Співпрацювати з командою продажів і пропонувати нові ідеї щодо розвитку каналів.
• Масштабувати ефективні джерела трафіку та впроваджувати нові.
• Бути драйвером змін: слідкувати за трендами, тестувати нові підходи, залучати сильних фахівців.

• Успішний досвід повного операційного керування бізнес-юнітом на посаді General Manager, Country Manager чи керівних посадах Ex-Head of Sales/Marketing/Operations.

Що ви будете робити:

• Вести операційну діяльність в юніті GoIT Turkey.
• Розробляти стратегію та тактику розвитку юніту щоквартально та розробляти OKR, контролювати їх виконання.
• Розробляти фінансові плани юніту та контролювати їх виконання (доходи та витрати).
• Формувати команди відділів: хайрінг, онбординг, розробка оферів та контроль показників ефективності.
• Контролювати виконання цілей та планів компанії на нових ринках.
• Організовувати взаємодію між локальними та міжнародними командами, координувати діяльність, ставити задачі, виявляти вузькі місця та їх усувати.
