Requirements:β’ Bachelorβs or Masterβs degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
β’ 3+ years of experience in the financial industry (e.g., banking, asset management, insurance, fintech).
β’ Proven experience in business development, partnership, or consultative sales roles.
β’ Understanding of blockchain technology, digital assets, DeFi, and tokenization (technical expertise is a plus but not mandatory).
β’ Ability to translate real world sector needs into blockchain product opportunities.
β’ Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
β’ Self-starter mindset with a passion for innovation and emerging technologies.Responsibilities:
β’ Identify blockchain use cases in the financial sector, such as asset tokenization, settlement optimization, cross-border payments, compliance, and digital securities.
β’ Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders in banks, asset management firms, insurance companies, and regulatory bodies.
β’ Develop and pitch tailored blockchain-based solutions that align with financial clientsβ operational, regulatory, and innovation goals.
β’ Work closely with product and technical teams to translate financial client needs into viable Web3 solutions.
β’ Lead the sales process from opportunity identification to contract negotiation and closure.
