About the Role

Requirements

• At least 4 years in a Business Analyst role
• Extensive theoretical and working knowledge of BA methodologies and tools
• Be able to write very well-structured and detailed user stories in the rule-oriented format
• Possess strong interpersonal skills and comprehensive experience working in a team with a complex stakeholder structure
• Experience creating well-organized documentation and diagramming complex flows
• Familiarity with Relational Databases to be able to understand complex data structures and identify necessary changes
• Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree preferred
• Experience supporting a diverse set of customers or stakeholders simultaneously
• Ability to use AI tools to work faster, without compromising the quality of requirements
• Fluent German; English

Would Be a Plus

• Experience as a Business Analyst in the Education domain is an advantage
• Familiarity with Mobile platforms

What Will You Do

• Proactively work with stakeholders to identify business, solution (functional, non-functional), transition requirements, and business rules
• Analyze the current state (As-Is) as well as impact analysis (To-Be) and identify gaps
• Based on the analysis, be able to come up and suggest different approaches to business decisions
• Thoroughly polish user stories to cover every little detail to minimize product defects
• Prepare or modify existing BPMN diagrams to supplement user stories, specifications, and change requests
• Prepare user stories / change requests, work with the Engineering team and Designer during the delivery process to clarify the goal, requirements, corner-case scenarios, relevant test cases, etc.
• Bring structure and clarity to an existing backlog; and document implemented features

Remote | Affiliate Support Team Lead
 

Our client is an international product company in the iGaming industry that is actively growing and expanding its affiliate department.
 

Responsibilities:
• Manage and develop the Affiliate Support team, including task delegation, performance monitoring, and employee growth;
• Organize and optimize partner support processes and collaboration with Affiliate Managers;
• Oversee the onboarding of new partners, tracking setup, affiliate links, postbacks, and partner accounts;
• Ensure a high level of service and timely resolution of partner inquiries;
• Monitor traffic quality, statistics accuracy, deposits, and conversions;
• Identify anomalies and suspicious activity, coordinating with Antifraud and Compliance teams;
• Collaborate with technical, finance, and legal teams on partner-related matters and integrations;
• Develop, implement, and maintain internal guidelines, procedures, and support standards;
• Analyze support process efficiency, prepare reports, and implement improvements;
• Monitor SLA compliance, KPI achievement, and service quality standards;
• Participate in process automation and scaling of affiliate operations.
 

Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in Affiliate Support, Affiliate Management, or Affiliate Operations;
• Previous team management experience will be considered an advantage;
• Strong understanding of affiliate marketing models including CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid;
• Experience with tracking systems, affiliate platforms, and postback configurations;
• Ability to analyze traffic, conversion rates, statistics, and key performance metrics;
• Understanding of fraud prevention and traffic quality control principles;
• Experience collaborating with technical, finance, and legal teams;
• Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets;
• Strong organizational and communication skills;
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment;
• English proficiency at Intermediate level or higher.

• Experience in iGaming or Betting industries;
