    We are looking for an HR Lead to join our team in Kyiv. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and advancing the HR function to enable business growth, operational effectiveness, and long-term organizational scalability. 

    Main responsibilities:
     

    • Build and maintain a cohesive HR architecture, including processes, roles, tools, and metrics.
