Job Overview

We seek a highly organized and proactive Lead Generation and CRM Assistance Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential leads based on the given strategy from the sales leads, managing CRM databases, and supporting conference-related tasks. This role is critical to ensuring the smooth prospecting flow, data management, and post-event follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation

• Research and identify potential leads based on set priorities and criteria by the sales leads.
• Locate prospects’ personal and professional email addresses.
• Use tools and platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email finders, and others for lead generation.

CRM Management

• Maintain and update the CRM database, ensuring data cleanliness and accuracy.
• Add new leads, contacts, and emails to the CRM system.
• Organize and segment contacts for effective outreach and reporting.

Conference Management Support

• Compile and manage lists of speakers, nominees, award winners, and attendees.
• Record and document key post-conference information for follow-ups.

Outreach and Follow-Ups

• Set up calls and coordinate meeting schedules with prospects via email and LinkedIn.
• Send follow-up communications to prospects who did not respond to the initial outreach campaigns.

• Assist in writing outreach sequences.

   

Skills and Qualifications

• Experience: Proven experience in lead generation, CRM management, or a similar role.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email outreach tools.
• Research Skills: Strong ability to locate and verify contact information.
• Organizational Skills: Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, English B1+, Ukrainian C2.
• Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.

As EverHelp is constantly growing, we are in search of Lead Generation Specialist. The mission is to drive EverHelp’s growth by generating high-quality, ICP-matched leads and building a prospect database for the SDR team.

Your future responsibilities include:

• Identifying and researching potential clients using various tools and platforms (Apollo, Sales Navigator).
• Researching the market and helping define/refine target customer profiles (ICP).
• Creating, updating, and maintaining a database of potential customers.
• Passing high-quality leads/contacts to the SDR team in an agreed format.
• Achieving monthly and quarterly lead generation targets.

Needed experience & skills:

• 6+ month of experience in B2B lead generation/list building/outbound support.
• Hands-on experience with lead generation tools.
• Market/ICP research mindset (finding the right segments, roles, and targets).
• English level - B2.
• Strong attention to detail (clean data, correct titles/companies, no duplicates).
• Self-discipline and strong organization skills (ability to work consistently with volume).

As Lead Generation Specialist within our acquisitions team, your role goes beyond mere research and initial contact with potential app sellers. 💰 Модель винагороди:

✔ за перші 3 кваліфікований дзвінки по 100 EUR

Netpeak International у пошуках Lead Generation Manager’a — людини, яка відповідатиме за максимізацію цінності теплих маркетингових лідів та перетворюватиме інтерес з маркетингових кампаній та зовнішніх івентів у якісні sales-діалоги (SALs).

Що для нас важливо:

• Англійська B1+ і вище (переважно письмова комунікація).
• Досвід від 6 місяців у client-facing ролях із фокусом на комунікацію та ведення процесів (наприклад, Marketing / Customer Support / Sales Manager /BDM / Partnership) та у дотичних сферах.
• Впевнене письмове спілкування: електронна пошта / месенджери / LinkedIn.
• Системність у повторних контактах: коректно відновлювати діалог і тримати комунікацію в фокусі.
• Базові інструменти: Google Таблиці/Документи, Gmail, робота з базами контактів/воронками.
   

Буде плюсом:

• Досвід запуску та/або виконання кампаній, спрямованих на генерацію зустрічей для sales-команди на зовнішніх індустріальних івентах.
• Досвід створення та тестування серій повідомлень: генерування гіпотез, A/B-тестування, аналіз результатів, масштабування ефективних підходів, пошук нових форматів комунікації.
• Базове знання німецької мови буде перевагою.
  
   

Що буде потрібно робити:

• Системно працювати з теплими маркетинговими лідами: кваліфікація, прогрів та розвиток лідів з вебінарів, маркетингових кампаній і інших активностей з фокусом на генерацію Sales Accepted Leads (SALs).
• Готуватись до зовнішніх індустріальних івентів: планування івент-кампаній, цільовий outreach до релевантного ICP, бронювання зустрічей для sales-команди до та під час подій (20+ релевантних зустрічей на один івент).
• Розробляти та тестувати нові підходи до комунікації: серії повідомлень, email-листи, нові канали та формати взаємодії з лідами з подальшим аналізом ефективності.
• Сегментувати бази контактів для email-newsletter: визначення контактів для включення в розсилки та координація лідів, які потребують персонального фоллоу-апу з боку спеціаліста.
