Right now, we need a PM who gets that — and can bring structure without killing the energy.

You'll own projects end-to-end across clients in biotech, fintech, telecom, recycling, and beyond — from early discovery through to live operations. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with designers, less so with developers, and occasionally coordinate with marketing. You'll report to the PM department lead and work directly with the CEO.

You're not expected to be an AI expert — but we do expect you to think about where it fits. Whether that's streamlining how briefs get written, how feedback gets processed, or how documentation stays current — we want someone who sees AI as a working tool, not a buzzword.

What you'll be doing:

• Defining project objectives, timelines, resource plans, and success criteria

Requirements (must have)

• 2+ years as a PM in IT / custom software development (outsourcing or product company — both fine)
• Proven track record of running 3+ projects simultaneously
• Hands-on experience working with development and design teams
• Solid understanding of the web app development lifecycle (frontend + backend + API)
• Scrum Master or PM certification (PMP / PSM / CSM / PMI-ACP) — strict must-have. Candidates without certification will not be considered
• Project management courses or formal PM education
• Confident command of Agile / Scrum 
• English — B1 / Intermediate (written communication and basic calls; client-facing communication is owned by the CEO, but you need a working level)
• Ukrainian — required and Russian — required  (internal team and partner communication)
• Strong soft skills: communication, multi-tasking, ownership, fast decision-making

What you will do:

• Monitor Upwork daily and respond to all incoming client messages promptly
• Add new contacts and update deal statuses in the CRM consistently

About the Role

We're looking for a hands-on QA Engineer to join our team and take ownership of quality assurance across multiple Magento e-commerce projects. You'll be responsible for testing new features, validating migrations and upgrades, investigating production bugs, and ensuring seamless third-party integrations — all while working closely with our development and DevOps teams.

Key Responsibilities

• QA & Functional Testing — Design and execute test cases for Magento storefronts, including checkout flows, CMS pages, product catalogs, and order management
• Bug Investigation & Triage — Reproduce, investigate, and document bugs across payment gateways (CreditGuard), ERP integrations (Priority, Comax, Boss), and front-end tracking systems
• Migration & Upgrade Testing — Validate Magento version upgrades (e.g., 2.4.x patches), data migrations (categories, products, URL redirects, CMS pages), and go-live readiness
• Analytics & Tracking QA — Verify Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Facebook Pixel, and Conversions API (CAPI) implementations to ensure accurate event tracking and data consistency

Requirements

• Experience with bug tracking tools — Jira proficiency is a must
• Familiarity with analytics platforms — Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Pixel / CAPI
• Understanding of web technologies — PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript basics
• Experience testing third-party integrations — payment gateways, ERP systems, shipping providers, CDN solutions
