About the role

We are sourcing a senior payments engineer for a US fintech client running a number of card tokenization deployments. Щоб не зупинятись на досягнутому, ми шукаємо експертного Outreach Specialist. Ти будеш першим Outreach фахівцем у команді, і точно зіграєш важливу роль у покращенні нашої видачі та закріпиш довіру до бренду у юзерів.  

Задачі, що чекають на тебе: 
— Пошук і відбір донорів (за критеріями, ГЕО, параметрами), робота з гест-постами та беклінками;
— Пошук виконавців та простановка крауд лінків;

— Співпраця з SEO-спеціалістом і контент-менеджером;
— Комунікація з вебмайстрами та розміщення гестпостів;
—Співпраця з копірайтерами та написання деталізованих ТЗ для статей.
— Участь у створенні бренд-пушів та інших PR-ініціатив.

Що для нас важливо:

— 3+ роки досвіду в outreach або лінкбілдингу;

— Практичний досвід у переговорах (email/DM) та побудові якісних посилань;

— Розуміння ключових SEO-факторів: посилальний профіль, E-A-T, DR/UR;

— Управління стратегією лінкбілдингу: анкор-листи, контроль донорів, розширення інструментарію;

— Робота з інструментами: Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, GSC;
— Глибокі навички роботи з Pitchbox, BuzzStream, Snov.io або їхні аналоги;

— Англійська — від Upper-Intermediate (для листування та переговорів);
— Впевнені навички роботи з Google Sheets/Excel.

Буде перевагою:

— Робота з Reddit, Discord, фан-ком’юніті або іншими альтернативними платформами;

— Стратегічне мислення — розуміння маркетингу загалом, а не лише пошукових механік.

What We’re Looking For:Hard Skills

• At least 3 years of experience with manual testing of web applications and APIs
• Hands-on experience with Chrome DevTools
• Experience testing payment systems/payment flows
• Solid understanding of the HTTP protocol
• Practical experience with Postman
• Knowledge of SQL with the ability to write database queries
• Experience working with Jira

Soft Skills

• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail
• High level of ownership and accountability
• Ability to work as the sole QA engineer within a small team
• Capability to independently design and execute testing strategies for complex features

Will be a plus

• Experience with GitHub and GitHub Actions
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
• Experience writing or maintaining automated tests (nice to have but not the core focus)
