About the project

As a Mobile Automation QA, you will:
Design and implement QA test automation infrastructure and test scenarios for client–mobile–backend systems, including communication between devices, front-end, back-end services, and mobile applications.
Design and execute end-to-end (E2E) tests for iOS and Android, testing new features while focusing on deep internal aspects of the feature and its integration with the operating system.

1 year of manual web testing experience.

What We’re Looking For:

We are looking for a Middle Automation QA Engineer to join the Entravel team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining automated tests to ensure the quality, stability, and reliability of our hotel booking platform. You will work closely with developers and product teams to deliver high-quality features and continuously improve our testing processes.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and enhance automated test frameworks.
• Create and support automated tests for backend services and APIs.
• Perform API testing for REST and gRPC-based services.
• Validate data integrity across microservices and databases.
• Analyze automated test results, investigate failures, and report defects.
• Execute regression testing to ensure system stability and reliability.
• Collaborate with backend engineers, product managers, and QA team members.
• Participate in sprint activities, planning, and daily team ceremonies.
• Contribute to improving QA processes, test coverage, and test reliability.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in automation testing.
• Strong understanding of QA processes and SDLC.
• Experience with automated testing frameworks (e.g. Playwright, Selenium, or similar).
• Experience testing REST APIs (Postman or similar tools).
• Basic understanding of gRPC is a plus.
• Experience working with databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Understanding of message-based or event-driven systems.
• Confident use of Git and Git-based workflows.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
