About the Role
We are looking for a Junior+ QA Automation Engineer (Playwright) to join our team and ensure high quality of a complex SaaS platform.

You will work on

• End-to-end testing of core user flows
• Validation of complex business logic (pricing, contracts, ingestion)
• Building and maintaining automated test coverage

You will be involved early in the development process (shift-left approach).

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automated E2E tests using Playwright
• Validate complex user flows (rate ingestion → processing → quoting)
• Test calculation-heavy logic (pricing, breakpoints, totals)
• Work closely with developers and PM to define test scenarios
• Perform regression testing and ensure system stability
• Analyze failures and identify root causes
• Improve test coverage and testing strategy

We are looking for a Technical Support Manager to build and lead the support organization from the ground up. You will be the first operations hire — responsible for assembling the team, designing processes, setting up tools, and launching 24/7 support operations. 

You will manage two teams: 

- Technical Operations Engineers — L2-level technical specialists handling platform monitoring, incident response, and API troubleshooting. 

- L1 Support Specialists — first-line support handling triage, basic troubleshooting, and ticket routing.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys building from zero, not just managing what already exists. 

Please note that this is a full-time on-site position in our Lviv office.

Position Requirements

Must have:

• 3-5 years of experience in technical support or IT operations, with at least 1-2 years in a Team Lead or Manager role.
• Hands-on experience building support processes from scratch.
• Experience managing 24/7 shift-based teams — scheduling, rotation, burnout prevention.
• Understanding of incident management frameworks (ITIL, PagerDuty/Opsgenie workflows, SLA design).
• Technical depth sufficient to mentor L2-level engineers: REST API debugging, log analysis, basic SQL, monitoring dashboards.
• Experience hiring and onboarding technical staff across different seniority levels.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluent Ukrainian and English (C1+).

Nice to have:

• iGaming, fintech, or payments industry experience.
• Experience with B2B support models (SLA-driven, operator/client-facing).
• Familiarity with compliance-regulated environments (ISO 27001, PCI DSS).

  Responsibilities

• Build, hire, and lead a team of ~9 people (L1 Support + Technical Operations Engineers).
• Design the full support process: ticket lifecycle, triage rules, escalation matrix, SLA framework.
• Manage 24/7 shift schedules and ensure sustainable rotation for the team.
• Own the incident management process: classification, escalation paths, post-incident reviews.
• Build and maintain a runbook library for consistent incident response.
• Set up support tooling: ticketing system, knowledge base, status page, monitoring dashboards.
• Define and track operational KPIs: First Contact Resolution, MTTA, MTTR, SLA compliance.
• Coordinate with DevOps and Engineering teams on escalations and infrastructure issues.

What you’ll be doing:

You will work in a cross-functional team alongside the Product Manager, Product Designer, UX Writers, Data Analytics, Technical Leads, Engineers and other cross-functional team members to deliver engaging features through A/B tests and build top-notch products, including, but not limited to:

• Develop and own backend features using Python/Django, supporting the creation of new backend services as well as design, create, and/or troubleshoot integrations with third-party vendors.
• Think beyond the code and about our customers, understand their needs, and define solutions with the team;
• Balance short-term speed of development with the long-term technical quality of our systems;

• As a Senior Engineer, you will leverage your experience to guide the team in making informed technical decisions, such as continuous improvement of best practices (test culture, code reviews, monitoring and scalability of our tools). 

   

What you need to succeed:

• Exposure to architectural patterns of a large, high-scale web application (e.g., well-designed APIs, high-volume data pipelines, efficient algorithms);
• Familiar and willing to support small JS/TS tasks when needed;
• Expertise in troubleshooting issues, identifying the root cause, mitigating it, and setting up safeguards to prevent future issues;
• High level of self-organization, ownership, and responsibility;
• A great collaborator with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Minimum B2 English level;

• Willingness to be on-call for your squad (1 week every 5 weeks).

Project Description

Development of a portable, high-fidelity audio device integrated with AI assistant capabilities. The project focuses on creating a high-performance consumer electronics product with a focus on quality sound and battery efficiency.

What will you do

• Developing circuitry solutions and PCBs for battery-powered wearable device;
• Developing schematic diagrams according to technical specifications and routing 4+ layer boards accordingly;
• Writing technical documentation for the developed devices (documentation for manufacturing, assembly, testing, manuals, etc.);
• Providing technical consultation during the testing phase and introduction to production;
• Providing technical support during the mass production phase (in case issues are identified);
• Designing PCBs to fit within ready-made enclosures;
• Selecting optimal components during PCB development;
• Adhering to standards and regulations during the design process;
• English Proficiency: Upper-Intermediate (B2). Ability to conduct technical discussions, participate in meetings, and write professional documentation/emails for international clients.

You will work in a cross-functional team alongside the Product Manager, Product Designer, UX Writers, Data Analytics, Technical Leads, Engineers and other cross-functional team members to deliver engaging features through A/B tests and build top-notch products, including, but not limited to:

• Develop and own backend features using Python/Django, supporting the creation of new backend services as well as design, create, and/or troubleshoot integrations with third-party vendors.
• Think beyond the code and about our customers, understand their needs, and define solutions with the team;
• Balance short-term speed of development with the long-term technical quality of our systems;

• As a Senior Engineer, you will leverage your experience to guide the team in making informed technical decisions, such as continuous improvement of best practices (test culture, code reviews, monitoring and scalability of our tools).

• Exposure to architectural patterns of a large, high-scale web application (e.g., well-designed APIs, high-volume data pipelines, efficient algorithms);
• Familiar and willing to support small JS/TS tasks when needed;

• High level of self-organization, ownership, and responsibility;
