Real people. Real impact. One team.
    Let’s Start With a Hello

We’re looking for a recruitment leader who thinks in systems, leads through data, and knows how to turn hiring into a predictable, scalable process.

     Who We Are

Azura Infinity is an international iGaming company operating across multiple geographies.
We build strong teams for fast-growing products — and we believe recruitment leadership is about ownership, analytics, and smart prioritization, not just filling roles.

If you enjoy leading people, building rules that actually work, and measuring real impact — this role is for you.

    What You’ll Be Doing

    • Source and attract CIS candidates for technical and business roles
    • Lead and mentor a team of local recruiters across multiple geographies
    • Receive hiring requests from stakeholders and distribute them across the team
    • Set clear priorities and focus areas for recruiters
    • Participate in final interviews with key English-speaking candidates
    • Build, document, and maintain rules and standards within your recruitment domain
    • Develop deep, structured analytics on recruiter performance and hiring efficiency
    • Define, track, and continuously improve KPIs for the recruitment team

    Hard Skills

    • End-to-end full-cycle recruitment experience
    • Active candidate sourcing across multiple channels and platforms
    • Confident work with ATS systems (Huntflow, CleverStaff, Greenhouse, or similar)
    • Team workload planning and capacity management
    • Recruitment process optimization and scaling
    • Salary benchmarking and compensation analysis

    Soft Skills & Mindset

    • Proactivity: no blame, only solutions
    • Results-first thinking: processes exist to deliver outcomes
    • Autonomy: ability to work without micromanagement or constant approval
    • Ownership: clear sense of “my area — my responsibility — my decision”
    • High execution speed: think fast, decide fast, act fast
    • Ambition: big goals, big vision
    • Analytical mindset: decisions driven by data, facts, and arguments — not emotions
    • Stress resilience: comfort working in a fast-paced, demanding environment
    • Honesty and transparency: clear, direct, and constructive communication
    • Learning agility: curiosity, flexibility, and continuous self-improvement

    Requirements

    • 2+ years of experience as an IT Recruiter
    • 6+ months of experience in iGaming (strong advantage)
    • English level: C1 or higher
    • Proven experience leading or coordinating recruiters

    What We Offer

    • Competitive salary (market-based, discussed individually)
    • High level of autonomy and influence on recruitment strategy
    • Opportunity to build strong, scalable hiring systems, not chaos
    • Direct impact on business growth and team success
    • A culture that values ownership, clarity, and results

We are currently looking for a People Partner to ensure that people processes run smoothly, employees feel supported, and HR data and documentation are accurate and compliant.

This role gives you full ownership of the people function for the WebSpellChecker team. You will report directly to the General Manager, work side by side with team leads, and have a real influence on how people practices are executed. The role is fully remote, designed for independent, proactive HR professionals who enjoy both ownership and collaboration.

Innovativeness. We seek result-driven solutions for any business case and always welcome new ideas.
Adaptability. We adapt products to new customer demands and industry mainstreams.

    • Operational Excellence: Strong organizational skills with a focus on administrative accuracy and attention to detail.

    • Tech Savviness: Hands-on experience with HRM systems and confidence using Google Workspace.
