The Role

We're hiring our first Head of Growth Marketing to own demand generation end-to-end and build a scalable, predictable growth engine.

  Key Responsibilities
• Develop and oversee the overall strategy: define target markets, domain types, priority usage models, and department KPIs.

• Make final decisions on domain acquisitions: evaluate lots, participate in auctions for key domains, and negotiate with brokers.
• Develop and continuously improve domain screening and scoring systems, adapting criteria to algorithm updates and market conditions.
• Make architectural infrastructure decisions: design server structures, manage hosting networks, and minimize network-level footprints.
• Develop and test new drop-domain usage strategies; document results and scale successful approaches.
• Conduct strategic analytics: forecast the performance and ROI of new investments.
• Collaborate with Team Leads and management: provide regular reporting, participate in strategic sessions, and justify investment decisions.
• Lead and manage the team: delegate tasks, ensure quality control, mentor Middle and Junior specialists, and onboard new hires.
• Monitor Google algorithm updates, industry trends, and competitor activity, adapting the strategy in real time.

The project includes software application development in the tax administration domain. The system under development is the tax administration system that covers taxation processes in one of the European countries. This is the complex system that covers the full life-cycle of tax declarations processing and tax calculations and assessments that included integration with multiple external systems. The project team consist of 20+ people.

Responsibilities:

• Implement software components according to the design specifications
• Perform system integration and testing, problem troubleshooting, and resolution
• Perform unit testing of software components
