For our client, a product company operating in the USA sweepstakes lead-generation vertical, we are looking for a Growth Manager (remote).
About the Role:
We operate a performance-marketing platform focused on compliant, white-hat lead generation within the United States. We are hiring a commercially oriented Growth Manager to own advertiser development, list monetization, and lead buyer coverage. This is a revenue-critical operational role responsible for converting lead supply into stable, scalable, and profitable monetization.
You will work cross-functionally with tracking, compliance, affiliate, media buying, and finance teams while supporting expansion into new compliant verticals.
Core Responsibilities:
β’ Develop and manage relationships with white-hat advertisers and direct buyers.
β’ Source and onboard new lead buyers across approved verticals (excluding Dating, FX, and Crypto).
β’ Negotiate commercial terms including CPL, CPA, RevShare, and hybrid models.
β’ Maintain daily operational communication with buyers (delivery, caps, feedback, disputes).
β’ Ensure consistent delivery stability and buyer satisfaction.
List Monetization & Client Development:
β’ Manage and grow list-management clients and data monetization partners.
β’ Build buyer coverage and monetization waterfalls.
β’ Improve revenue per lead (RPL) and buyer fill rate.
β’ Identify monetization gaps and new buyer demand opportunities.
Quality Control & Compliance:
β’ Monitor acceptance rates and buyer feedback.
β’ Coordinate with compliance and tracking teams to reduce invalid or rejected leads.
β’ Maintain operational adherence to compliant marketing standards.
β’ Investigate complaints, refunds, and performance anomalies.
Vertical Expansion & Internal Coordination:
β’ Support rollout of future compliant lead-generation verticals.
β’ Provide commercial feedback on funnels and product performance.
β’ Collaborate with affiliate, media buying, and finance teams.
β’ Refer potential affiliate or media partners to the affiliate department when relevant.
Commercial Ownership:
β’ Track revenue, payouts, and margin performance.
β’ Monitor buyer performance and acceptance metrics.
β’ Support volume forecasting and planning.
β’ Maintain positive unit economics per lead.
Required Skills:
β’ 2β5+ years of experience in lead generation, affiliate marketing, or performance marketing.
β’ Experience working with CPL buyers, networks, or data monetization environments.
β’ Strong negotiation and relationship-management skills.
β’ Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, operationally hands-on role.
β’ Analytical mindset with understanding of lead quality metrics.
β’ English: B2+ (spoken & written) β daily communication with US buyers/advertisers.
Nice to Have:
β’ US lead-generation or sweepstakes experience.
β’ Understanding of compliance frameworks (TCPA/CAN-SPAM operational exposure).
β’ Existing advertiser or buyer network.
β’ Familiarity with tracking platforms (RedTrack, Affise, HasOffers, or similar).
