I am looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) to help us grow Halo Lab’s presence in the HealthTech ecosystem. Your focus will be on account-based outreach and relationship building - not volume-based sales. The second focus would be the pharma/life sciences vertical.

You’ll identify and engage with strategic HealthTech accounts - e.g. Boston Children’s Hospital or Charite, explore partnership opportunities (e.g., accelerators, VCs, platforms), and work closely with me to move targeted opportunities forward.

This is not a role for mass outreach or quick wins. It's for someone who enjoys precision, depth, and results that come from relevance that is typical for the ABM approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and prioritize high-fit HealthTech scaleups and innovation teams in the US, UK, and EU, especially events participants or other high-signal environments.
• Plan and execute account-based outreach to founders, product leaders, and marketing heads — focused, relevant, and value-driven (white papers, webinars, etc.)
• Initiate and nurture relationships with HealthTech accelerators, innovation hubs, VCs, and ecosystem partners.
• Support warm intros, partner-generated leads, and opportunities from healthtech events like HLTH, HIMSS, and DMEA.
• Collaborate with the internal team on proposal prep, intro decks, and tailored case study materials.
• Own lead tracking and handoffs, ensuring clarity and coordination with colleagues.
• Contribute insight on market trends, buyer intent signals, and ecosystem movements.

Requirements

• 2–5 years in business development, partnerships, or sales (ideally in a design agency or software development company).
• Strong understanding of or deep interest in HealthTech.
• Experience with account-based approaches - not reliant on templates.
• Confident communicator in English (C1+), capable of engaging senior product or innovation stakeholders.
• Comfortable with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Notion, and ideally Ampelmarket.
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to move from research to action without needing hand-holding.

Bonus Points For

• Existing relationships in HealthTech networks, accelerators, or VC portfolios.
• Experience working on partnerships, co-marketing, or B2B ecosystem development.
• Familiarity with the design/dev agency model (especially web, mobile, UX, and branding work).
• C1+ in German or in other important Western languages is nice to have.

To support this growth, we are expanding our project team and inviting candidates to join us as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Consultant at Middle or Senior level.

Key activities:

• Participation in D365 Business Central implementation and development projects for Innoware’s Ukrainian and foreign customer.
• Continuous development of expertise through work with diverse business scenarios, complex cases, integrations and modern capabilities of D365 Business Central.

Key responsibilities:

• Working with clients to analyze business processes, define target solutions, and align them within the D365 Business Central framework.
• Configuring and adapting standard D365 Business Central functionality according to customer business requirements.
• Preparing and aligning project documentation together with clients.
• Estimating effort and timelines for assigned tasks.
• Preparing functional specifications for the development team and collaborating with developers during implementation.
• Executing user acceptance testing to ensure the delivered functionality meets business needs and expectations.
• Supporting customers during UAT, deployment of new functionality, and Go Live.
• Mentoring less experienced specialists.
• Participating in planning and controlling data migration processes.
• Integrating D365 Business Central with other systems and applications.
• Ensuring quality control of tasks at different stages of the project.

Qualification:

• At least 3 years of experience implementing D365 Business Central system in a Consultant or Analyst role.
• Deep knowledge of standard functionality of D365 Business Central.
• Experience working independently with clients’ business requirements and developing functional solutions.
• Understanding of all stages of an ERP implementation project.
• Strong understanding of business processes (finance and/or logistics, trade, production, etc.) and their automation in D365 Business Central.
• English proficiency at Upper‑Intermediate level or higher; fluency in Ukrainian.
• Nice to have: Microsoft certification; experience configuring Power BI.

About the client

A United States-based data company that builds analytical data platforms for large enterprises, with a particular focus on the construction and engineering sectors. The company has roughly 20 years of experience delivering large-scale enterprise data projects and counts Fortune 100 companies among its customers.

The role

We are hiring a senior full stack developer (Java + React) to lead the build of a new data platform. You will start by delivering the MVP from an existing set of requirements, then continue building features and custom work as the product matures.

The central part of this platform is AI. We are building agentic tools that carry out automated tasks such as generating reports and running analyses, so working with large language models is core to the role rather than an afterthought.

This is a hands-on senior position with real architectural ownership. You will be making key technical decisions, not just implementing someone else’s.

What you will do

• Design the architecture and the data model. Plan the overall system: services, APIs, and the analytical data stores behind them.
• Build the data foundation. Design Data Lakes and analytical stores, and build ETL pipelines that ingest, clean, transform, and structure large volumes of data, so it is ready for analysis.
• Build AI-powered features. Integrate large language models and develop agentic tools that automate work such as reporting, data analysis, and other repetitive tasks, with sensible safeguards around company data.
• Deliver the MVP and grow it. Own delivery from end to end, then keep evolving the product with new and custom features.
• Integrate with industry tools. Build pipelines that connect to scheduling and project-control systems such as Oracle Primavera P6.
• Write full stack code. Back-end services and front-end interfaces, both clean and tested. You are welcome to use AI coding assistants to work faster, provided you keep company data secure.
• Own the database and cloud setup. Database design and tuning on Azure SQL, and the application infrastructure on Microsoft Azure.
• Translate requirements. Work with the product managers and customers to turn business needs into clear technical specifications.
• Support the team. Set coding standards and help guide a small engineering team based in Ukraine.

Who you will work with

• On the client side: CEO, PM, 2 Data Analysts, Delivery Lead, 2 Data Engineers, and a BA.
• On our side: 1 Senior Full Stack Developer, 2 Middle Java Developers, and 1 DevOps engineer.
• Customers across North America, Europe, and the MENA region.

What we are looking for

• At least 7 years of building software, with experience building architecture from scratch (3 years or more).
• Hands-on experience integrating large language models into real applications, and an interest in building agentic, automated tooling. (This is a must.)
• Strong Java (25) and the Spring ecosystem (Spring Boot 4, Spring Cloud, Spring Security).
• Solid React (19) and a good command of web fundamentals (HTML, CSS, the DOM).
• Deep, proven experience with Data Lakes, ETL, and transforming large datasets for analysis.
• Hands-on experience deploying applications on Microsoft Azure (AWS/GCP) and working with Azure SQL (design, performance tuning, and scaling).
• Comfortable with microservices, REST API design, event-driven architecture, and containers (Docker, Kubernetes/AKS).
• Familiarity with CI/CD using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar tools.
• A practical, product-minded approach. You treat code as a way to solve user problems.
• Direct experience with Oracle Primavera P6.
   
• English: Upper-intermediate (strong communication skills)

Nice to have

• Experience building software for the construction, engineering, or property-technology sectors. This is a genuine plus, but it is not required — the domain can be picked up quickly, and we would rather hire a strong engineer with potential than screen people out over industry background.
