We are looking for an Applied AI Agentic Researcher to develop Teza’s next-gen agentic creative generation system. This role is ideal for someone who loves turning AI research into real AI products and wants to shape how mass scale generative content creation is done. You’ll design and develop intelligent agentic workflows, train generative models, and turn it into the first large scale creative pipeline.

Requirements
 

- MSc or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, AI, or related field
- Strong experience with LLMs, generative models training, and multimodal systems
- Experience with agentic frameworks (OpenAI Agents, LangGraph, Transformers Agents, etc.)
- Strong Python skills and understanding of LLM orchestration
- Experience with prompt engineering + multi-step LLM workflows
- Ability to read research papers and quickly transform concepts into prototypes
- Experience building production-grade ML/AI pipelines
- Strong understanding of model evaluation and experimentation

Responsibilities
 

- Develop agentic AI systems that generate and refine marketing creatives
- Build GenAI evaluation framework for fast iterations
- Build multi-step workflows using LLMs and tool integrations
- Research and prototype new methods for creative automation
