Senior Marketing Manager

We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to drive marketing processes, scale inbound and outbound channels, and execute performance-driven campaigns for our service and product. This role involves close collaboration with Product, Business Development, and Customer Success teams to grow traffic, leads, and  sales pipeline, while ensuring alignment with company's strategic and brand business goals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct an audit of the current state of the company’s marketing division, department, channels, and strategy; develop and implement an Action Plan to streamline, optimize, and expand the pipeline through Inbound and Outbound channels.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive Global Company Marketing Strategy (from A to Z).
• Creating, implementing, and achieving the company’s short, medium-, and long-term marketing vision, omnichannel strategy, and corresponding action plan.
• Formulating a unified global positioning strategy for the company and coordinating its local adaptation in collaboration with BizDev, KAM, and other departments.

• Granting the necessary autonomy to the SEO, SMM, and Marketing teams after establishing processes while maintaining strategic synergy.

• Utilizing data from all marketing functions to make strategic decisions and adapt the strategy in response to market changes.

Required Qualifications

• At least 5 years of successful and results-driven experience in marketing at IT service or product companies, including at least 2 years of experience managing a marketing team.
• Practical experience in developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies in the North American and Western European markets.
• In-depth understanding of modern digital tools and analytics (SEO, Paid, SMM, Affiliate, PR, branding, content marketing).
• Proven track record in B2B IT consulting, Account-Based Marketing (ABM), and lead generation (MQL/SQL).
• Ability to fluently work with LTV, CAC, and ROMI metrics and conduct in-depth channel audits independently.
• Practical experience integrating marketing initiatives with Product, BizDev, and KAM.
• English proficiency at the Upper Intermediate level or higher.

The Role: Information Security & Compliance Manager

As our first Manager of InfoSec & Compliance, you'll be the guardian of trust - ensuring we meet the highest standards of data protection, security, and regulatory compliance as we scale globally. Responsibilities:

• Prospecting and acquiring new clients.
• Conducting initial calls and lead qualification.
• Running PayPartners demos.
• Designing a customized cooperation model based on the client’s team structure and volumes.
• Managing agency accounts: explaining terms, onboarding, and coordinating with providers.
• Supporting clients after activation and driving volume growth.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of DevOps professional experience.
• 3+ years of Azure experience.
• 2+ years of Terraform or Bicep experience.
• Upper-Intermediate level of English

• Lead DevOps for luxury travel tech. You will own the Azure platform behind a new booking engine used by luxury hotel brands, where reliability and polish directly impact revenue and reputation.
• Build a next-gen foundation from scratch. New platform + data services, with the chance to set standards for automation, security, observability, and documentation from day one.
• IaC-first, clean environments. Terraform/Bicep for reproducible Azure subscriptions, networking, identities, and permissions. No snowflakes, no guesswork.

• Security and global performance are core. WAF/firewalls, certs, secrets, identity controls, plus CDN strategy and performance budgets for worldwide customers.
